Been here in person and ordered through Uber. The bread and topings are always stale and they always mess up Uber orders. For example, they never grill, forget the cheese, wrong sauce, etc. This is the only 24hr Subway in town that is why I kept giving them a chance. I will stop purchasing food from this location going forward.

Went tonight (July 15) for dinner. Waited about 15 min to order due to one staff only. She was awesome and the only positive part.My time to order and they ask me what veggies I want. To my horror, when I look over I see brown Lettuce and almost all the other container covered in ice build up. The vegetables in the containers were also covered in ice or shriveled up.I asked if they had any fresh Lettuce and she said yes then proceeded to dump another brown bag of Lettuce into the container. I told her this shouldn't be given to the public and there standards have really gone down hill (as this was my favorite location to frequent once upon a time).Really turned me right off.For a company with a slogan of "eat fresh" they sure are not providing fresh ingredients.Would not recommend until the standards are brought up to par!

I asked for pickles on the side, they did not put them on the side. I paid for an extra order of Mrs Vicki's salt and vinegar chips, they gave me sweet chili and sour cream. It took 40 minutes for them to fill my order at 3:00 in the morning. Do you even care about your business?

12.00am 01/21/2023 ,Worst service I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant!!!The only sever took 5 minutes to finally take our order (the only people in the store and it was 5 or more minutes NOT exaggerating)Took both mine and my friends order with attitude and annoyance…Have never had this bad of an experience at a subway! Maybe should reconsider who they have hired…
