I wish to give you zero one star it’s too much for you there’s an Indian lady at 1:00 am she not understanding anything I ordered steak sandwiches she put me another sauce on the sandwich and I asked her but it she lied about me and left and saw it I returned back to her she make me another one the one is on the picture she doesn’t put any meat in the sandwich

Honestly I have never heard of a restaurant having timings of how long can you sit in a place. Me and my friends went to subway yesterday (June 29,2024) to just get cookies and talk. Let me tell you, there was no rush at that place and it was completely empty. While were talking and eating one of the worker says that we can not sit here anymore and that we had to order a sandwich to sit longer. She told us we can only sit there for 10-15mins. I have worked at restaurants too and this is a first time hearing about a seating time. If the restaurant was busy with customers then I completely understand but when it is empty why would you tell us to leave.

Worst subway you could go to ! Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Bronte Rd . The owners at this particular location ( Kennedy) are just horrible people to deal with and legitimately watch over their employees while they make a sub. Also, they put the least amount of toppings and frown and get annoyed when you ask for extra toppings or to even have sauce on the side instead of on the sub. Bread is always stale and the toppings are past their due date , the meat doesn't taste the same.
I eat subway regularly and I've never experienced such horrible staff and owners . Do yourself a favor and take your business to the location on Bronte ! They should be shut down asap, subway Canada needs to look into this establishment.

The subs are good and bread is fresh, during peak hours. When you look around the cleanliness needs attention during peak hours when local high school kids dine. It should be common knowledge to heat chicken items or even any other “hot” item properly to ensure best quality. Over staffed during peak hours as staff is tripping over one another and mixing orders. Could use other staff to maintain condition of dining area.
