Friendly, helpful and kind. We were greeted immediately by a team member while they were making an order from online. A second team member, Jeet, came out to build our orders. Jeet was so sweet with the little young people, encouraging choices and supporting them. Absolutely stellar
I always go to this store whenever i want to have sub there food is always fresh and service is also very good the ladies serving the food are so respectful i will continue to visit this location

I made a call to inquire about some of the food offered. The girl on the phone struggled to speak English which is why she perhaps hung up on me while I was asking her a question. It wasn’t very polite.
puts like no chicken in a wrap or sub. Please don’t be so stingy next time or charge less
Would give a zero if I could, only toasted my sub halfway meat was still cold I had to heat up my chicken at home… worker quite literally stopped the oven early. Worker hated life was sloppy with everthing and rude. Ordering a sub was an inconvenience for her.

The staff here is incredibly rude, and they never seem to have anything in stock. When I requested my bread to be toasted, they just said, “Our oven is broken.” I guess the owner is even more broke. I hope you hire Better People

staff is super unfriendly, used unwashed knives to slice my bread, throwing ingredients back into the containers with no fs given, closed my sandwich with a knife that cleary had left over tuna on it. cherry on top, my meat ball sub came to 16$, board says 9.79, worker said she put the wrong price on board and made it 15$. super unprofessional workers, dirty equipment, dried up ingredients, would never return or recommend this place to anyone

Lady making the subs made no effort to say hello or anything, she seemed highly uninterested in making the food, almost as if we had inconvenienced her by coming in. Meat portions seemed smaller than usual but that can be a hit or miss at all locations.
