I placed an order online for two steak and cheese sandwiches - we barely had any meat in them. This is a regular order of ours and we know the amount of meat that should be in it. It was half that amount. We asked for ‘less’ onions and the subs were full of onions. The bigger problem is subways support system that didn’t correct the issue rather just simply sent us an email a few days later saying we talked to staff? And never replied to my response that this does not correct the issue for me? I did not receive what u paid for nor an apology.

I clearly asked for my sub to be toasted when ordering, but it wasn’t done. When I noticed halfway through and politely pointed it out, the staff told me it was my fault and that I’d have to just take it as is. No apology, no attempt to fix it. Pretty disappointing customer service for such a simple request.

Owner, we came in on Sunday Nov 16 at 2:30pm and one lady was working at the back and we said hello 5 times before we were acknowledged by her. No one else was in the restaurant at the time. Please make sure that employees acknowledge customers once the door chime rings as we customers have lots of choices in the area and might not choose Subway next time.

This place used to be good back in the day. Would always be fresh and had good staff. Unfortunately just like every other major chain place it has drastically dropped in not only quality but cleanliness and professionalism. It's just a sandwich shop how bad could it be right ? I would not take a chance and find out. Go somewhere else and get whats worth out of your hard earned money. Ridiculous

Do not order from this location, at all costs! They will get your order wrong multiple times. They’ll forget items. They’ll even send an entire order that is not your own. They don’t pay attention. They won’t answer their phone to rectify the errors. Terrible employees.

Extremely rude staff. I accidentally dropped a drink on my table and the cashier said is this how you act at home? The audacity is actually crazy. When I asked for napkins to clean it up she said no so I left without cleaning anything up cus who you feeling like. Hair in food and random hard bits in the meatball. Never go to this location if you want good food

Staff are nice but not very generous with portions despite asking for extra bell peppers, pickles on 2 foot longs. Other locations I have been at the airport, oakville and milton are happy to add extra for the size we bought. Very minimal veggies put on our foot long sandwiches. We’re not quite pleased since we’re paying full price.
Clean place. Komal was very polite and careful with her gloves . She used fresh toppings for my sub and made it delish. She was above and beyond with customer service overall experience was great!

Friendly, helpful and kind. We were greeted immediately by a team member while they were making an order from online. A second team member, Jeet, came out to build our orders. Jeet was so sweet with the little young people, encouraging choices and supporting them. Absolutely stellar
