Ordered a foot long meat ball sub, there was literally only FOUR meat balls in the whole thing . Staff can't speak English or pretended not to be able to when brought up, makes me think it was intentional. Won't be returning .

ordered a veggie sub, the staff member (Shaller?) dropped the knife in the tuna, and when i asked her if she could please use a new knife - she said “oh my god” under her breath.
i have dietary restrictions, and i’ve never had an issue with asking someone to politely change the knife.

I just had to take a moment to write about the fantastic experience my family and I had at the Subway located at 389 Main Street in Milton. We've been to many Subways, but this visit truly stood out, setting a new standard for quality and service.
I had an amazing experience at this Subway location yesterday! We ordered a Footlong Bourbon Brisket and the Teriyaki Crunch, and both were absolutely perfect, fresh, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. Every bite was just the right balance of ingredients, and you could tell the team took real pride in the preparation.
A special mention to Kishore, who was the point of contact during our visit. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude truly made the experience stand out. He took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be, from the bread, the meat and veggies to the toasting and final presentation.
The cookies were the perfect finishing touch warm, soft, and baked just right. You can tell this store values quality and consistency in every part of the meal.
Overall, this is hands-down one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had in Milton. Great service, fresh ingredients, and a staff that genuinely cares about what they serve. Highly recommended!

I had the best experience at Subway today, all thanks to Kishore! He’s one of those rare people who truly love what they do — friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. He greeted me with a warm smile, patiently helped me choose the perfect combination, and made my sub exactly the way I wanted — fresh, tasty, and beautifully put together.
Kishore keeps the place spotless, works fast even during rush hours, and always treats every customer with genuine care and respect. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work. People like him make Subway a place you want to come back to again and again!

I ordered a footlong tuna sub on the app and went to pick it up at around 6:55pm on October 5, 2025. When I entered, the Indian worker was conversing with a fellow Indian couple for a very long time and didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in. They kept talking and talking, and eventually their sandwiches were done being made. The Indian worker actually gave them a bunch of free cookies (which is suspicious) which seemed unprofessional and unfair. Only after they were gone did I say hello and mention that I was there for my online order. Instead of greeting me or apologizing for the delay, he simply pointed toward my sandwich, which had been sitting on the counter, cold and stale by that point. This experience was disappointing and well below the level of service I expect from Subway. I hope this issue is addressed with the staff involved to ensure other customers are treated respectfully and receive fresh, properly handled orders.

Had a pleasant, fresh-baked bread aroma. The staff ( tania) were friendly and quick, taking the time to get my order just right. The veggies were crisp, bread was soft, and the sauces were perfectly balanced. Price felt reasonable for the portion. Definitely a Subway branch I’d visit again
