Today I went on this location I took 3 sandwiches that was too good and delicious .my kids enjoyed and employers are very kind to us as well others costumers and the sandwich quality was also good . Thnx a lot . Happy holiday đ

We visited this Subway recently and had a disappointing experience. The employee preparing our order didnât seem to know the proper way to assemble the sub. The cheese, veggies, and sauces were all put together incorrectly, and the quality was not up to Subwayâs usual standards.
What concerned me most was that they didnât change their gloves between preparing a veggie sub and a chicken sub. This is a basic hygiene practice and should never be overlooked.
I hope the staff receives proper training so future visits are improved.

I ordered a veggie sub through mobile app, the veggies were cold as like they took it out from the freezer and used on my sub. 2) I told them to add a little bit salt and when i tasted my sub it tasted like i was just eating salt.
Overall it was a waste of money, would not recommend this place. I ended up throwing it because it was terrible.

The service was HORRIBLE. When me and my daughter walked in the place was under construction so the two girls were sitting down in a back room sort of thing, The lady was so miserable and angry that we walked in, she walked over and did not greet us at all just stood there angrily staring at me until I came out and said âhi ill take two footlong meatball subs please đâ (as politely as I could-hoping to soften her attitude) âWhat breadâ she said rudely. I couldnât believe her nasty mean attitude she seemed like she HATED having to do her job, then every thing I asked her to do on my subs seemed Like I was pulling her teeth or something to the point where I ended up with 2 sandwiches that me and my husband didnât like because she made me feel so scared & awkward to ask her to put things on them, this woman should NOT be working in customer service she ruined my day with her disgusting mean attitude & our sandwiches were horrible.

We went here unfortunately on may 11,2025 Our experience is very very very bad and disappointing.There was only one girl staff and was serving and she was really rude. Service was extremely poor, we ordered one vegetable footlong and some of the veges were rotten red peper inside. Top of that, there was total 2 griller but none of them were working.
Please please do not go here doesn't matter how hungry you are but dont go here guysđđđđ

Went here 04/24/2025, 520pm, wasnât very busy at all. Two ladies working, I waited my turn. When the one lady was free she simply stood behind the counter and stared at me.. didnât say anything , I was waiting for at least a âhi what can I get you?â⊠NOTHING. I stated back.. I asked âare you good?â And she just âyea.â Asked for a pre made sub, foot long.
She said back â6 inch? Turky?â I said âno, the pre made Cuban crunchâ. Then proceeds to tell me there is no porchetta, so I asked if I could substitute for chicken. She then proceeds to ask me what toppings go on the sandwhich when there are already a pre made set for this item⊠I said 3xs âput whatâs already supposed to be in the sandwich nothing elseâ.
Soon as the sub is done and wrapped she just hands it to me, no eye contact, no nothing and I leave.
Very rude, not friendly, not customer service forward, not knowledgeable, overall NOT IMPRESSEDâŠ

I got my food here at 7:00 pm on 2025-03-23, the lady working here was so unprofessional. She was working as if she was in some sort of rush, I truly couldn't understand a single word coming out of her mouth, a single word, I asked her to repeat herself so many times but she still wouldn't slow down her speaking. Food, the bread looked stale, the quantity of the meats was dissapointing, the veggies looked unfresh, and the way the lady working put the sauce on my sub was pathetic, such little quantity and not even spreading it properly. The cookie has no chocolate chunks in it, and the drink (Diet pepsi) tastes weird.

this location is genuinely the most horrible and stingy ever. everytime i go i have the absolute worst experience they are SO stingy with the portions as if it is coming out of their own paycheck. i have been to many locations in milton but every single time this one dissapoints. everytime i specify on my online order âEXTRA EXTRA EXTRA SAUCEâ for emphasis to put more sauce and yet i still get not even a teaspoon of sauce. even in person when i ask for more sauce the lady gives attitude and once said âthats enough for a six inchâ. the only reason i go to this subway is because its close to my house but i am done NEVER AGAIN! do NOT go here and waste your money at this terrible location they need to fire staff and shut this place down

I took my son to subway in Milton on 6521 Derry Road, 5 Bldg B/Unit, Milton, ON L9T 7W1 and he ordered a teriyaki rice bowl and I got 1 scoop of chicken and the server told me itâs only 1 scoop basically I paid for a bowl of greens a vegan would be in heaven I was at another location in Vaughn and the tray way full shame on subway for allowing this kind of service she saved on the quantity I guess now they can put gas in that Porsche my son was so upset I could of made him a garden salad.
