I thought by going in later in the day, i would beable to buy some fresh cookies. They were out of chocolate chunks and only had 2 left which were hard as rock! How come they are out of cookies at 4pm? Why not make more when they don't close until 11pm? Also watch carefully what they put in the order because they missed some stuff! So disappointing!

Very disappointed in staff not able to help solve my order issue. Misplaced an order early in the day for pick up in 4 hours, called staff to cancel order, told me to call back in 5 minutes, I called back 2 hours later and still wasnt any help in cancelling my order. Called another 2 hours later prior to pick up and staff spoke to manager denied to speak to me. I went in store to pick up another order which was fine, kindly asked staff if I could spreak to manager, told me not available. I left my number hoping for a call back to explain my situation no response. I refused my original order but staff insisted I take it. Overall unhappy with customer service for this location. Very disappointing and stressful day dealing with cancelling a footlong order.

I ordered for my family and was completely disappointed.I asked for a new knife to be used as I am Muslim and cannot have pork and I didn't want cross contamination from the BLTs and such. Completely ignored me and used the same knife they used for many other orders that most likely included pork. Before they were about to cut it I just asked for it to be in cut. Food tastes like a subway nothing different. If you don't feel wasting gas passing by the 401 all the way to the different subway then just stick to this one.
By far the worst subway in Milton I've given it multiple chances since it is closest to my house, but yesterday was my last time giving this garbage place a chance. Not only do they not even know how to make subs the international student staff is just plain rude as a Sikh myself you guys give us a bad name as a community. Wouldn't accept our coupons and sub wasn't grilled when it was suppose to be missing cheese on one sub overall just poor quality management needs to do a better job here

We walked in and a worker rudely told us not to disturb them because they were on their lunch so we waited and then when we ordered she had so much attitude and was in a rush for no reason.

Great food but staff was in hurry and I they packed my sandwich before i was done telling them what to add more
This is the second time ive ordered pick up from here and they haven't toasted my subs. This time they at least got the toppings right, previously they mixed up the ingredients between two subs. But this time on one of the subs they basically only put cheese on one half of the sandwich.
At the end of the day it's just a subway, but I would avoid ordering pickup and just do it in the store so at least you can see that they do what you order. Or better yet go to a different location

Visiting this store was quite a pleasant experience as support staff Muskan and Parveen were fantastic in providing great service while preparing meal. The very important part of my experience was their professional tone and manner while communicating. Very customer centric and focused about providing quality customer service experience.
