Tried to use a coupon through the app but the workers lied about how it can only be used online which I had to prove them wrong by pulling up the QR code to scan. They then talked about it with eachother in Hindi where they finally agreed to try and which it obviously worked. They then rudely prepared our subs without asking for which bread or cheese. It seemed to me like they had previously pre-made these subs from a potential cancelled online order or something and was using it to not lose out on money. They were very rude and gave disgusting looks at us. I do not recommend, I don’t know how they are still in business because the subway also tasted terrible.

This Subway location 1065 Bronte, market place Milton ontario, is one of the worst locations and better to avoid. I ordered a foot long tuna by app and immediately went in, the location received the order no customer were in but the staff, she said since ordered online i need to wait n she took multiple orders standing behind , secondly bread she didnt toast, third tuna has 4 scoops for foot long, but she took it with spreading knife n just hardly put some tuna, when i complained, she kept proving she was right, it was very cheap to argue on it and I walked out

Bad service. Rude workers. I took like 30 seconds to order because I was ordering 4 subs and I had two kids with me and the girl was so annoyed and it seemed like she was about to tell me to go away. Not returning.

The workers here are awfulll!!! They refused to give me and my friends a 25 cent forks as if it that fork depended on their jobs and the workers always target us smellinh bad one and when one it was qaes manasreh in the back who farted and staryed spraying air freshener in our faces while we were eating. and they always tell us thats theirs no footlong knowing damn well they ate them that why they gone

Worst subway experience ever, zero customer service skills, refused to serve us for absolutely no reason and then threatened to call the cops after I asked for her name
In a respectful manner (refused to sell us a drink and kept on repeating “dont waster my time” and “this is my closing out”) To say I’m disappointed is a understatement

I thought by going in later in the day, i would beable to buy some fresh cookies. They were out of chocolate chunks and only had 2 left which were hard as rock! How come they are out of cookies at 4pm? Why not make more when they don't close until 11pm? Also watch carefully what they put in the order because they missed some stuff! So disappointing!

Very disappointed in staff not able to help solve my order issue. Misplaced an order early in the day for pick up in 4 hours, called staff to cancel order, told me to call back in 5 minutes, I called back 2 hours later and still wasnt any help in cancelling my order. Called another 2 hours later prior to pick up and staff spoke to manager denied to speak to me. I went in store to pick up another order which was fine, kindly asked staff if I could spreak to manager, told me not available. I left my number hoping for a call back to explain my situation no response. I refused my original order but staff insisted I take it. Overall unhappy with customer service for this location. Very disappointing and stressful day dealing with cancelling a footlong order.

I ordered for my family and was completely disappointed.I asked for a new knife to be used as I am Muslim and cannot have pork and I didn't want cross contamination from the BLTs and such. Completely ignored me and used the same knife they used for many other orders that most likely included pork. Before they were about to cut it I just asked for it to be in cut. Food tastes like a subway nothing different. If you don't feel wasting gas passing by the 401 all the way to the different subway then just stick to this one.
