Placed an order at this location tonight. There was a long black hair in my food. I was absolutely disgusted and had to throw my food away. The sub was also VERY under filled even after asking for “extra” of several items on the app. They clearly don’t read the orders there and it’s the same female staff every time. Shouldn’t need to worry about having a simple sandwich made correctly. Avoid this location.

Worst Customer Service. Wanted to order and while we order we wanted to use the washroom at 7:30pm Sunday. She told us the washroom is closed as the other girl cleaned it?!! She didn’t want us to use the washroom as she did not want to her job ? If it was close to closing time I totally understand but 2 and a half hours earlier ??Will never be returning here.

We always go here. Once they were out of the veggie patty and my daughter became sad and she wanted only 6 inches and they managed to get one 6 inch patty. They made my daughter happy.

Rude staff. Went to go get a sub today and the bread looked dry and old. The tuna was almost finished and the girl working was literally scraping the dry tuna on the metal container and putting it on the sub. I asked her for better tuna and she gave me a rude remark so I left and drove 5 minutes to another location.

I don’t normally write reviews for “fast food “ places. But this place has quite a few negative reviews. So maybe a good one will even things out! Firstly, this subway is located across a high school. A high school with no cafeteria, so don’t come during lunch time. Just don’t. The lines will be long and workers will be salty. You’d be salty too if you had to serve 300 teenagers! So I normally visit here during dinner hours. The staff is always friendly, always make sure that I’m never waiting. The ingredients are always fresh, never stale bread. It’s a good subway! Just avoid 11-2!Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies!Kid-friendliness: You can get plain Jane subs for picky eaters, and of course…cookies!!Parking: Lots of spots as it’s in a plaza. But don’t come during st fx’s lunch time!

Worst subway artist till date, they should be trained well considering I am the only customer and she made it as if others are waiting. Subway should not issue coupons if the employees don’t know how to handle them. Looks like the franchise owner or even subway doesn’t care about customer service…!

Date of visit: April 8, 2023. Time: 9:02pm.It was REALLY busy at this time. About 7 to 9 high school students were dining inside, with 4 people ahead of me and 1 worker at the counter. The worker was a Punjabi man, probably working alone. No one was there to help him. Four high school students were in a single washroom and this worker had to juggle everything that was going on.The worker was fast, efficient, and friendly, considering that he was alone and so busy. I did my mobile order and had to wait because it was busy. But this worker handled all of the chaos well. He should be recognized for his service. And if it's usually busy at this time on Saturdays, maybe put two workers working that day. It's not worth minimum wage to deal with all the chaos.I will be coming back here to buy again and again! Thanks!

I just ordered 3 sandwiches. The service was fine. The ingredients were as usual. The bread is so hard it could be used as a foundation for a stadium. Thanks for the lousy sandwich ?
