We used to come here all the time but the decline in quality is evident. I ordered the 3 sunset pancakes with a side of homefries and hollandaise sauce. The sauce was tasteless and thick, as if milk and cornstarch were combined with yellow dye and the homefries had absolutely no seasoning. I couldn't finish either as I felt sick. My sibling ordered the french toast, which tasted floury.
Our waitress was okay, she was responsive and came around with coffee.
The coffee was too watery.
The single use syrup packets are wasteful and unnecessary. These are supposed to be for take-out orders, not dine in. The self-serve syrup bottles are missed every time we visit.
The music played made me lose my appetite. Really? Ed Sheeran over my pancakes?
It was very disappointing to see that all of the staff were of only one race, being South Asian. It used to to be very diverse but it appears the place is under new management.
All in all, we were really disappointed and won't visit for a while.

0ct2/2024 11 am- The server didnt wanted to attend me but wanted to serve everyone else, the cook lady was coming back and forth from Kitchen to attend me, i guess the server has a problem with non-whites, coz i was rhe only one there and was the only one being ignored by the server/ ignored me after i asked for more coffee. Anyway Cheers fellas ,cook lady did a great job!

Denise is an amazing server !!! I can't believe she manages to cater to the whole restaurant during early peak hours while attending to each table with coffee and hospitality alone. I've also seen her manage delivery and the personal notes left on the bag to brighten the recipients of uber type food delivery. She's definitely worth keeping around considering the enormous amount of workload I saw her handle all while with a smile ( and makikg waitress salary ). She's definitely well worth more than what she's paid!! ( If you're looking for a manager in your store, i as a customer will definitely want to deal with her in a worse case scenario than other standard management) The food is also great and perfected to specialize requests on food dietary and cooking requests. This may be the sunset grill in milton I will be frequenting more than the usual location in town we goto.

We ordered breakfast for a birthday. Everything was ice cold, no attempt to send hot/warm product and the pancake was hacked to bits and stale, tasted like yesterday’s. The other Sunset in Milton is great.

Not many people around 9:00 am on a Sunday morning, which is quite quiet. However, due to lack of servers, only two of them, The service was not as fast. Food wise was good as I chose a salmon Benedict. Portion is good too. The breakfast meal does not come with coffee.
