This isn’t a 5 star review because I want to support a small local business (although I do). This is a 5 star review because these cupcakes and Alice deserve each and every star - and more. She makes the most beautiful designs in vibrant colours, and manages to package them like they’re out of a world class bakery downtown. Her prices are reasonable given the exceptional quality of her products. She also runs workshops entirely by herself, sharing her gift and tips with other bakers who want to explore her designs. The buttercream on these cupcakes is some of - if not the best - I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of cupcakes. The cakes themselves are moist and flavourful. I can’t say one negative thing other than I get sad when I finish the last one in a box. For every occasion for the foreseeable future, these cupcakes are what I’ll be ordering.
