The service was terrible. Ordered tea but came with no tea bag and had to ask for one. Asked twice for water before we got it. No extra napkins or hand wipes. The stir fry chicken meal barely had and peppers or onions and certainly didn't look like the advertised menu image. The fries were old and cold. There were more staff than patrons so being busy was not an excuse. I asked to speak to someone from the kitchen and the manager? attended. when I commented on the food and service she addressed me in a sing-songy patronizing manner and really had no answer. Then. when our meals were barely half finished she said in a giggly voice can I take your plates away. We said no, we're not finished! No apology...nothing.
Then when it came time to pay the bill, I did not, for the first time in my life, leave any tip. The server was shocked and angry. I have been a patron of Swiss Chalet for nearly 50 years with my daughter and grandchildren and this is the worse experience I have encountered. I will avoid the Milton franchise in the future and recommend others to do the same.

Jurate was very friendly and attentive. Our food arrived in a timely manner and it was hot and tasty, I have no complaints. I really enjoyed the chicken stir fry.

Helena is a wonderful server !! you know when someone is just kind to be kind? that’s her. she’s tentative as well! when we were sat 3 big parties came in & she was still checking up on us! such a sweet girl! :)

Honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences we've ever had. We go as family to this location at least once a month but after yesterday's experience we will never go again. It took over half an hour for the waiter to even introduce himself. I get they were probably busy but I saw him attend the table next to us many times before even acknowledging us once. Half the orders were incorrect or missing key ingredients. My wife asked for a small modification to her meal that she has had done many many times before and yesterday they said they couldent do it. My mother in laws meal came out before the appetizers arrived and 20 minutes before anyone else's. What happened to the quality of service here?
Manager told my uber driver to cancel the order after almost an hour wait. Doesn’t solve my problem when my children are hungry. Maybe they need a new manager.

Service was great, serves by Helena. My kids said wow she's so nice and calming! We waited a while at the front to be checked in but we weren't in a hurry so it didn't bother us too much. Kids food was good, brought out quickly. Hubby & I had the festive combos, fries were cold but everything else was fine. We ordered one alcoholic beverage, the festive rum punch and it was delicious!
