Brittany and her team at Swiss Chalet Milton had provided exceptional service for my son’s Baptism reception. We had over 30 guests and the servers were phenomenal. Special mentions to Divij, Kaitlyn, Sargun who were absolutely awesome!!! Brittany was very accommodating to our needs. The private dining area made our party more intimate. Food was brought out in a timely manner and tasted amazing. Our guests only had positive things to say as well. We would definitely consider hosting a party here again. Thank you for making our party such a success!

Worst experience ever for any restaurant. Waited 15 minutes for waitress to ask us if we wanted a drink. Asked us if we were ready to order at same time and rushed us to order. Waited forever to get our drinks. Got 2 of the 4 drinks, then the other 2 came 5 minutes after that. No straws. Got fed up and got straws myself. Waitress came back and told us no white meat we would have to wait half hour, so we got dark. Then meals show up and no stuffing, told they are making it now. No cutlery, got it myself. Waitress said she is very busy and doing best she can. If that's the best, I would hate to see the worst. Took our plates, one guest in restroom, then see is pushing us to order what pie we wanted. Told her one person is not here, we have to wait. Place order, she brings pie and says sorry I forgot stuffing, do you want it to go? Told her no, want my bill reduced. She took cost of one meal off. Never going back to this restaurant again. And no, I don't want manager, or owner to contact me to make it right.

We were with a larger group and they were all so attentive making sure everyone was taken care of. Never had to call one of them over because they were always checking in and taking care of us!

Update: I want to give credit where it’s due. After my last disappointing experience, Swiss Chalet invited us back, and I’m so glad we gave it another try. The difference was like night and day. Service was excellent—our server was attentive, and there was clear teamwork across the staff. The manager personally checked in to make sure we were taken care of, which I really appreciated. The food came out hot, fresh, and just the way it should be. It felt like the Swiss Chalet I remember enjoying, and I’m happy to say they truly turned things around this time.
This place has really changed. We waited 10 min to be seated, waited 10 min for our server, waited 15 min for 3 drinks and waited 20 min for food. We were a table of 3. That is 55 min of my evening I won't get back. The waitress obviously had a rush because we were surrounded by 5 dirty tables. The kids pizza, I don't even know how they can pass that off as food for a child. Our fries were totally cold. Where is the team work? Can no one help clean tables or bring food out to tables. I'm so disappointed. This place used to be good not too long ago.
