2025.09.01 Burger time. The WORKS CARAFT Burger is the place. The decor is a garage style workshop. Very good burgers. Good service.

A dream destination for burger connoisseurs. The fresh beef patties are server in many creative ways with a fantastic variety of fresh toppings and a choice of fries or salad. The best burgers we have had in ages. Will definitely be back for more.

I love to bring new people to this restaurant. Once a newbie has tried it, they are repeat customers. The food, music, staff and atmosphere are the best. The owner and his wife are lovely people, as well. The hardest part is deciding between Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon and the Kamikaze...the owner fixed this for me...Six Degrees with some hot peppers, and the Hotter than Hell sauce! Thank you Abhi and Sonia

No AC in July. It’s a heatwave as well so that really really affected comfort. Everything was sticky. We were all sweaty and it was gross. Food was good but a bit expensive for the ambiance.

Visited The Works Burger recently and had a fantastic experiencet largely due to our server, Dante. From the moment we were seated, he was welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu, and had great energy. He made sure our orders were perfect and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing.
The food was awesome but Dante’s service really made the visit stand out. Friendly, fast, cute, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a good time. Definitely ask for him if you go!
Highly recommend both the restaurant and Dante. Will be back again soon!
Went by for lunc on my sons birthday(June 21st). They were short staffed and pretty busy but server did an amazing job and food was awesome.

Great food, portions, prices and service.
All burgers were well cooked, juicy, not charred and served hot and fresh.
Excellent value for money compared to what all the pubs are charging these days for mediocre and basic burger choices. The burgers here cost about the same, but come loaded with different combinations of toppings. Additional toppings are very reasonable as are substitutions for the sides (e.g. Onion rings or sweet potato fries instead of regular fries) - and you actually get plate full of fries, instead of a bowl.
The milkshakes were great too and reasonably priced. $5 draft beers during happy hour is an amazing price (I recall happy hour is most of the day except 5-8pm).

Great food and so much selection for burgers. What made the experience better was the girls working there. I believe our server's name was Leila a Lebanese girl.
Keep up the good work.

Daughter and I were craving a good burger and decided upon The Works on a Monday evening. The waitress was lovely, however the food was disappointing. With only two other tables occupied, It took about 40-45 mins for our food to come out. Both entrees were lukewarm. The egg on the Hamburger Mary was overcooked and the patty a bit burnt. The compliant to the manager was useless as there was no apology made. He only offered to recook our meals 10-15 mins later. Also, the temperature in the restaurant was pretty cool that we kept our coats on the whole time. I expected better quality food for spending $85 for two meals and two drinks. I did not expect any concessions made to our bill but also none was made. Next time will stick to Wendy's, A&W or The Burger Factory which never disappoints.

Everything was tasty, top tier burger, fries and onion rings. The bottomless soda in a measuring glass was huge. So stuffed. A little pricy.

Was in the area and craving burgers. Stopped by here as I used to come here 6-7 years ago. Sad to see the quality has dropped a lot over the years. Burger bun was very stale, toppings were burned instead of caramelized. For the fried chicken burger, only one side of the chicken was breaded with batter? I don’t know if that’s intentional or also a mistake, overall. Good menu with a lot of choices but poor execution of those choices. Service was also not very considerate of surroundings, we were waiting for the bill for quite a bit. Also $80 for two burgers and two drinks is extremely overpriced, could’ve gone to a steakhouse.

Fresh and fantastic. Signed up for their newsletter. Got a code for free tower of onion rings. Fries are bottomless.

Massive waits when the restaurant is not dead. I'll revisit in 6 months hoping the kitchen staff is trained on how to handle any kind of rush.

Worst service I ever received at a Works restaurant. Orders mixed up. Extremely slow. Appetizer after meal. One person in our paety never got a meal. Children served last. Terrible over all. Left me angry never again
