Great food and so much selection for burgers. What made the experience better was the girls working there. I believe our server's name was Leila a Lebanese girl.
Keep up the good work.

Daughter and I were craving a good burger and decided upon The Works on a Monday evening. The waitress was lovely, however the food was disappointing. With only two other tables occupied, It took about 40-45 mins for our food to come out. Both entrees were lukewarm. The egg on the Hamburger Mary was overcooked and the patty a bit burnt. The compliant to the manager was useless as there was no apology made. He only offered to recook our meals 10-15 mins later. Also, the temperature in the restaurant was pretty cool that we kept our coats on the whole time. I expected better quality food for spending $85 for two meals and two drinks. I did not expect any concessions made to our bill but also none was made. Next time will stick to Wendy's, A&W or The Burger Factory which never disappoints.

Everything was tasty, top tier burger, fries and onion rings. The bottomless soda in a measuring glass was huge. So stuffed. A little pricy.

Was in the area and craving burgers. Stopped by here as I used to come here 6-7 years ago. Sad to see the quality has dropped a lot over the years. Burger bun was very stale, toppings were burned instead of caramelized. For the fried chicken burger, only one side of the chicken was breaded with batter? I don’t know if that’s intentional or also a mistake, overall. Good menu with a lot of choices but poor execution of those choices. Service was also not very considerate of surroundings, we were waiting for the bill for quite a bit. Also $80 for two burgers and two drinks is extremely overpriced, could’ve gone to a steakhouse.

Massive waits when the restaurant is not dead. I'll revisit in 6 months hoping the kitchen staff is trained on how to handle any kind of rush.

Absolutely the worst service I've seen... Food is as it always has been... But this location is garbage .. almost an hour to get our food... Waiter was extremely unknowledgeable.... Wrong food was brought out and had to be returned.... It's a shame as the works in general is usually a great place to eat... But this place is worth skipping...

Went to the works for dinner and it’s sooo good everytime! The cocktails are all amazing and they have bottomless fries and milkshakes. I love the burgers and our server Rebecca helps us out everytime and it’s the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Always smiling and super nice!

Horrible customer service from the owner himself (Bret) and the new management. I received my take out yesterday with specifics and came home with the wrong order and ingredients to the burger. There was cheese on a burger with bacon where I have a dairy allergy and I don’t eat pork, and did not ask for cheese. Another burger had tomatoes where I never asked for tomatoes. No banana hot peppers were added as requested. Fries were burnt. Buns were burnt. When I called in to indicate that I may have someone else’s order, the owner said he was going to give me a refund, shortly after he put me on hold on the phone, he then claims that he cannot give me a refund because his manager (Mel) said that I’ve called in before. I’ve indicated I’ve called in because once I found staples in my burger and the burger patty was raw. I even offered to show photos of what my order looked like and he refused. He said because I ordered it off the app, he cannot issue a refund. No idea what difference is the app vs ordering through a store. When I asked him why he was able to suggest offering me a refund before but yet changed his mind afterwards, he could not answer the question. He did not come up with a solution and basically left me with 2 burgers that I cannot have, in which I had to toss them out.

Please make sure to watch out for staples and raw patties in your burgers! I would not suggest order and eating from here, the owner is unprofessional and management is disorganized. Your food is burnt and nobody cares if you didn’t get the right order and whether if you have allergies. The Works is not like it was back in the days, the quality has plummeted significantly! I would not recommend, and even if you do end up going there, check your food so that you don’t end up making a trip to the hospital!

We’ve been going to the works in Milton for many years, but after our last experience, we will not be going back. As per some other recent reviews, our burgers and buns were burned (all 4 orders). When we raised the issue to the manager, we were told, that’s how burgers are supposed to be. We asked for new buns, which he brought out in his hands, rather than on a plate! When the bill arrived, we asked if there would be a discount provided based on the poor experience, to which we were told “well, you are the food, so why would you get a discount?” The service in the past has always been great, but not sure if there’s been a mgmt change, it was less than stellar. Not worth the money, at this location anymore. Diner beware!
