Misleading pricing and poor service.

We were seated with our family and given kids menus for our children and what appeared to be a regular lunch menu for adults. My husband and I ordered burgers clearly listed at $12.99 and $13.99. During ordering, the server asked if we wanted large size. We both said regular. At no point was a “lunch special” mentioned, nor were prices for different sizes explained.

Only after paying did we see we were charged $20 per burger. When we questioned it, the server insisted that saying “regular” meant the full-sized burger. And the prices on the menu were their lunch special. The $7 upcharge was supposedly for one extra, very thin patty.

Food was mediocre (dry fries, lukewarm thin patties), but the misleading ordering process and pricing are the real issue. This felt dishonest, and we won’t be returning.

We were tired after a roadtrip and just needed some place low-key and comfortabue to recharge. We decided a burger was needed. The onion rings were fantastic. They can be so hit or miss but these were super crunchy. I'm usually very adventurous but this time I kept it simple with the b.a.b burger. The patty was thick. The veggies were fresh. The bun was good. It's not cheap but it's fair. You get a lot for your money. The menu was good. There is something for everyone.

Meghan was our server and she did all of the things you hope for so we could enjoy our meal.

No complaints. I'll go here again for sure.

This is a great place! The burger options are amazing and the customization is amazing! My mom loves it here! Sometimes they'll send out coupons which we also love

Ok so as as the case everywhere, food has gotten expensive as has this place. But the quality and size of the burgers here, as well as quality and the fries, is pretty good. I had the one with onion rings and jalapeno peppers and it was really great. I am also a sucker for fries! And this place delivered.

Hands down, The Works Craft Burgers & Beer is a must-try! The flavors are on point, and the quality shines through in every bite - our veg and chicken burgers were absolute perfection! The onion rings and sweet potato fries were a delightful bonus. But what really made our experience stand out was the exceptional service from the owner, who was warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about sharing great food with the community. Can't wait to come back and try more!

The service here was AMAZINGGG!!! My waitress, Megan, was so attentive and made sure we had everything and enjoyed our food. I have never had a server come check in on me and my family so many times, I really appreciate that! I have always recommended this restaurant but if you’re going, ask for MEGAN!

Just had an amazing experience at THE WORKS! The fries were CRISPY perfection, and the guacamole was creamy and fresh. But the real star of the show was the burger - juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The service was top-notch, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! WOULD 100% RECOMMEND DONT MISS OUT.

The Works was honestly one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had! The food was so delicious especially the crispiest onion rings I’ve ever had. My burger was amazing juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The service was friendly and fast, and the whole vibe of the place was super fun and welcoming. Definitely recommend The Works to anyone who loves great food and good service!

Literally a hidden gem. The burgers are amazing. But we honestly come here to see Taylor!! She is so fantastic!! Such a vibe!! Totally worth the visit! definitely get a smash burger!

We were a group of seven, and unfortunately, the service was very slow. Our meals came out two at a time, with long gaps in between. There were also mix-ups with our food orders and drink refills — even the glasses got switched around. The staff were polite, but the experience overall was quite disappointing given the long wait and confusion.
