Really happy with my experience. Just started coming to this branch multiple times a week and sitting and enjoying my coffee. The staff is great. Humble and polite. Special mention: Layla who always greets with a smile and makes you feel welcome.!

Slow slow drive thru. And they just dont give a crap. Tims has gone so downhill its unrecognizable. I avoid Tims completely now.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. When we placed our order at the drive-thru, the staff member on the order machine was extremely rude and unprofessional. We asked a simple question about a drink, and instead of helping us, she responded with a sarcastic and disrespectful comment: “I’m not a truck driver.” That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in customer service. Date - September 2nd at 6:24PM whoever took the order needs to learn how to work! We didn’t place any order and left!
To make things worse, she refused to come to the window or speak with us directly, and she clearly didn’t know anything about the drinks on the menu. There was no effort to be helpful, patient, or polite.
We visit Tim Hortons regularly, and this is not the kind of service we expect. A little courtesy goes a long way, and this experience has definitely made us think twice about returning to this location. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and accountability for their staff.

Went tonight off peak hours (after 8pm) to buy some gift cards. via the drive through. We wanted to buy 3 of them. They refused and rudely said "only 2". No explanation. I had to ask multiple times to get any sort of explanation. They said I can't buy gift cards through the drive through because I will hold up the line (there was one other person). If this is a policy, it is not posted anywhere. In the end I decided to take $60 of business elsewhere. Will not be back, this company is going downhill so fast.

I have never seen people this much of untrained without any knowledge of Splenda. The guy at window was asked if Splenda is diabetic friendly or not. This guy said wearing spectacles said that I’ve to ask my supervisor and surprisingly his supervisor has clue. I mean why the hell are you even a supervisor. Please leave the job or demote yourself and let any better person do this job.
