Despite multiple attempts to enhance their customer experience, this location continues to disappoint. On each occasion, I have entered the store to find only one employee working the window, while the remaining 5-6 staff members focus on the drive-through. My most recent visit was particularly frustrating, as I was informed after a 5-minute delay that my ordered bagel was not available. The manager on duty, Riakinder, displayed a lack of concern for my concerns. It is evident that this store prioritizes their drive-through customers.

Had a simply cheese flatbread with a chai tea latte, the drink and food tasted great! I really liked the fast service and friendly behaviour of the staff, especially Esther! would definitely visit again!

I don’t wanna give even a single star. We were there for applying job for sister. The manager was so arrogant, she didn’t even listen us. My sister waited there for so long for her. What type of customer service is this???. Its ok if you are not hiring but don’t treat anyone bad. We all have been thorough same situation. After waiting there for so long, she is asked one of employees is she coming they said she left already. I think tim horton should give training to their employees who to treat people, would be great for them.

Waited for 20 minutes 6 people working.... Just left the orders on the counter didnt say what they were... When i asked if it was my coffee they all looked at me like i had 3 heads.... DO NO COME TO THIS LOCATION unless you speak paki because they will ignore you if you are white.... Will never return waste of time as i still dont have a coffee and im out 10$

I had a disappointing experience at this place. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that it was not clean, there were bees and flies on the doughnuts . However, I will say that the customer service was nice. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back due to the cleanliness issues.

During the summer, I decided to send my kids out on their own to get some lunch, hoping to give them a bit of independence and experience. They ordered a habanero chicken loaded bowl and a chili soup. When they returned, we discovered that the loaded bowl was half empty and had no chicken in it.

I immediately called the restaurant to complain. They apologized and agreed to provide a replacement, noting down my name and order number.

I sent the kids back to the restaurant with the bill to get the replacement. However, the staff then requested photos of the incorrect order. Fortunately, I had taken pictures on my phone, which the kids showed to the staff. The staff took the phone to verify the photos and kept it for quite a while.

Eventually, the kids did receive the replacement, but the experience left them feeling upset and frustrated. It was a disappointing first outing for them, which I had hoped would be a positive experience.
