I have been coming here for many years, and the staff is always very friendly.

However, Kritika stands out! She always has a smile on her face. Honestly, anytime I’m not in the best mood and I see her, she immediately puts a smile on my face. Thank you so much for making my multiple trips a day more exciting. Kritika hugs!!!!

If i could give 0 stars to service I would. Coffee is also ALWAYS awful, tastes burnt. Definitely the worst location in Milton. Called and asked if they had any chicken soup and the lady specifically said yes they did and 20 minutes later when I showed up and asked for it she said they didn’t have any. When I told her I had called about 20 minutes earlier she said she apparently told me we didn’t… I wouldn’t have driven all the way to that location if she had said no. AND then and tried to argue with me and give me attitude. Absolutely horrible customer service.

These employees have to work in comparatively narrow conditions to serve customers, yet every time Daniel, Adam, and the others fulfil my order with a smile, despite the customer volume. Great staff, especially given the cramped conditions they're working in.

This is an amazing place, my recent experience was with a couple teenage workers and they were super funny and asked me do you like your ice capp or do u want more oreo?

The lady working the drive thru today (July 16, 2025 at 12:39pm) rushed us while taking our order. After every item we mentioned she would say “anything else?” Why not just wait until we tell you we’re done ordering. Why do you have to keep asking? We’re going to let you know when we’re done. You also didn’t tell us how much the total was. The drive thru etiquette at this location is terrible.
