I just went to this location. Ordered a vanilla iced coffee with espresso cold foam and did pay extra for it but they didn’t put it in my coffee also i ordered a cheese croissant they didn’t have it so they should’ve told earlier that they’re out of it. Also the whole dining area was very crowded and I had to wait for 10 minutes to get just these 2 things. Very poorly managed.

Great service. The manger Britney, always has a smile and a wave for me. The staff are always friendly and smiling. A good group. Good Cholocate Chunk cookie, especially if it's broken. The best Timmies around.

Kindly update the kiosk with all the products. The pumpkin spice products are not listed on the kiosk but are listed on the board above the counter. Also remove the sign asking customers to place orders at the kiosk. While waiting I noticed two customers able to order at the counter. I should also have ignored the sign and ordered at the counter. It would have been faster, less confusing and friendlier. Thank you
IMPORTANT! Sept. 23. 2:15 pm. I left my wallet and was able to connect with them and they found my wallet. They took the time to look around which I greatly appreciate. Thank you Tim Hortons Milton Team!

This Tim Hortons use to be excellent in everything. service was great and on time even though it was very busy. Until the manager was change then regular staff was change that looks like his family member and relatives or related to him. I dont see the old staff that was working before. I hope the management look into this.

Good Food, Terrible Service, Excellent DécorMy wife and son came here on Aug 26 2023 by accident from Toronto on our way to Niagara. We just ordered simple meal and it took FOREVER!! Staff were nice but I don't know why we just waited and waited while those who ordered via drive-thru (or via online) were given higher priority which I feel isn't fair! Other than that the meal was great and especially the atmosphere with elegant-looking tables (see my pic). Would I return back? Unless I make a mistake and miss Hwy 403 from Hwy 401 and land in Milton again... maybe.
