This is my go to restaurant and I spent hundreds every month. I went this week and non stop there were worse experience from the customer service. One time I requested receipt and the lady took out and threw out infront of me when I did request it. I told her why you did and I need it and her response was first to ignore me by walking away, and then to argue do you want me to take out from the garbage now. I spoke to manager and she told it was a declined receipt so she threw it out which she lied as my transaction didn't decline. This morning I had interaction with mahwish who was the manager and equally rude and when I told her I had back to back experience that are so disappointing, she argued it means the problem is you and we can refuse the service when I requested to speak to someone else. This is byong horiblle. I will make sure to report to head quarter and gave them 0 star for the survey and take it to consumer care.

Came through drive through — they gave us coffee but not our food. Parked and went in for food, and the grilled my croissant on a panini grill and put butter on a bagel that should have had cream cheese. Terrible service - Got the whole order wrong.

This, like most Tim’s, is consistently bad. Don’t think I’ve ever had an order correct the few times I’ve been here. They are fast but just expect a random mix of what you ordered and what they feel like making. Good luck to you.
