My experience at this tim hortons used to be good, but these days I have no idea what is wrong. Today is the fourth or fifth time from last couple of days that I ordered a steep tea double double but there’s no sugar. Very disappointing.

Just wanted to come here and provide a wonderful review for the amazing staff and their hard work! I get breakfast every morning and am a regular customer who has experienced first-class service since my very first visit to Tim Hortons at this location. The food is always made fast, delicious, and fresh, and the drinks are refreshing as always. Keep up the great work!

Terrible service. Drive thru treated like dine in lol. Asked to take my car ahead to a ‘pillar by the exit’ and wait till they serve. The wait turned out to be ‘let me serve 10 cars behind you wait’. And… they din’t even come around to give us our order: which was 2 simple coffees : a regular latte and an oat milk cappuccino. Had to go in and get my $9 worth coffees.
Inconvenienced and still no service. 😏

The owner and manager are both very rude and were unable to resolve a very basic customer service issue. I recommend not giving this location your business. McDonald’s and Starbucks are both next door for your coffee needs.
