This Tim Horton location inside the Esso gas station almost always not opening on time for drive through. The app and website staging open for drive through is 5 am but every time I pass by to get a morning coffee, they are not open and the light inside the shop is dim. I also check the store hours before head out. What is the point of listing the operation hours but not opening on time for early customers. End up I get my coffee from Mc Donald's in the same plaza.

An ignorant girl at the drive thru window refused to give me my coffee because the point card scanner is not working and I asked her why it is not working she got mad at me, definately this girl needs at least basic customer service skills training. Otherwise let her work at the kitchen, I doubt even she can do
