We’re everyday customers at this Tim Hortons, and Gemma always makes our visits the best! She’s so friendly and welcoming, and she always remembers our orders. Even when it’s really busy, she stays positive, professional, and gets everything right. You can tell she truly cares about the customers. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her, she’s a big reason we keep coming back every day!

It is absolutely ridiculous that customers are charged $0.10 extra for a cup when ordering a carton of chocolate milk. Most kids (and adults, for that matter) need to use a cup holder, and the cartons simply don’t fit. Since Tim Hortons chooses to serve milk in cartons instead of cups, the burden shouldn’t fall on the customer to pay extra just to make it usable.

What makes this worse is the process: I often order and ask for the extra cup ahead of time, but when I get to the window, after I’ve already paid by debit, I’m told I need to pay another $0.10. Then they expect me to tap debit again for a single dime. At that point, the cost of processing the transaction outweighs the revenue they’re making. It’s poor customer service and an unnecessary hassle.

If the company insists on serving milk in cartons, they should automatically provide a cup without charging extra. A cup is not a luxury item — it’s essential if they want their product to be functional for families. Right now, it feels like they are nickel-and-diming customers over something that should be included.

Slow drive-thru, half the items are unavailable, and the location is poorly managed. I highly recommend going to any other Tim Hortons or coffee shop in the area

The worker at the window forced the drink into my hand and made it spill all over the inside of my car. I get the you want to make your service quick but yelling while i’m trying to put my drink down “here here “ isn’t the way to do it.

I’ve never had an experience like this at a Tim Hortons before. I paid for my food with coins, and when I asked for a medium white hot chocolate, I was told there was only enough for a small. I didn’t care. I paid and waited for the drink, and the employee brings me a small, cold milk carton. Seriously? She clearly did not have the best English, but she didn’t make it clear that she misunderstood what I said. If there was no white hot chocolate, I wouldn’t mind. But why would you make me pay for something and give me something else? Upon asking for a refund, I was told that the rules were ‘changed yesterday’ and so they couldn’t give me my money back. So I ask for an item, get given a different item and I can’t get my money back to do anything about it… right. There’s no use in working in customer service if you are unable to understand the language you’ve been employed in. How rude.

This is my go to Tim’s because of the staff! They are absolutely the best Tim Hortons has (and I have been to a lot) A very special shout out to Gemma (absolutely the best of the best) and Hazel!! Both are amazing, always helpful and brighten my day!

Your coffee isn't always accurate. Order a regular? Sometimes correct, sometimes black, sometimes 1 milk and no sugar
