Unhygienic, terrible

This is the best Tim Hortons, Hazel is always very friendly, professional and cheerful. Whether we go in to eat or the drive through if Hazel is there she always asks how we are and knows our name. Thank you Hazel!!

I placed an online tea order, but when my friend arrived to pick it up, the location had no record of the order in their system. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I received an email confirmation from Tim's with the order number 9967. I showed them the email, but they still refused to fulfill the order, and I had to pay again. I'm not sure if there's a glitch in Tim's app, but if there is, it should be fixed before the app is released. This location is a waste of time, and the staff was rude. Even after verifying the order number and email, they made me pay again, causing me to lose my points.

I recently visited Tim Hortons at steels and Thompson and had an extremely frustrating experience with the cashier. I had purchased 3 gift cards just a few hours earlier at the same location, but when I returned to buy another gift card through the drive-thru, the cashier informed me that the system doesn’t allow them to sell gift cards through drive-thru. When I explained that I had just bought gift cards a few hours ago, she responded that the system “just changed.”

To my surprise, I was able to purchase a gift card at a different location down the street without any issue. It was disappointing to be treated so dismissively, especially with the conflicting information provided. I’ve always appreciated shopping at Tim Hortons but this encounter was far from the level of service I expect.

I hope the management takes customer service seriously and trains employees to handle situations with respect and professionalism. We need staff who care about providing a positive experience, not offering excuses.

I hope my feedback helps improve service for future customers.

How greedy has Tim Hortons become. I

stopped at this location looking for chicken soup; they only had chilli. I said okay I will have it with hot water on the side. The soup was $6.00 no problem. Then they wanted $.0.20 for cup. Really. A walk down the street at Longo's I got the soup I wanted and there was three to choose from. Thank God I didn't settle for something I didn't want.

Really? Response from owner is that they are concerned. How about adding a few cents of value?

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been at. Coffee doesn’t taste fresh and they have no clue how to construct a sandwich. Double toasted does not mean burnt on one side and cold and stale on the other. If you cant stack egg cheese and sausage on the center of a bagel find a new job
