Everytime I order a cream cheese bagel you guys give me like a tea spoon of cream cheese, so I pay for extra cream cheese and I still receive the same amount? This has happened 3/4 times I've ordered last and only at this location. Can you please train your staff what extra cream cheese means. I'll stick to buying donuts ..

Ordered “too good to go” box from here. Advertised as $15 worth of food that you pay $4.99 for. I’ve gotten these many times just not from this location, this lots too was awful. I actually checked online and the box is worth $9.56 not $15. Bad experience won’t be back. Also bought two iced coffees that tasted burnt.

They messed up my coffee order. I order sweetener as I am dietbetic. I got double double at the drive through.. I had to dump it. I'm working a late shift and really needed my coffee tonight. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The coffee was cold and bitter, and the bagel was stale, burn and hard. I could not eat it and had to throw it away. It was a waste of money and time. The manager who served me was very rude and impatient. She did not greet me, did not say thank you, and rolled her eyes when I asked for cream cheese. She also threw the bagel on the counter instead of handing it to me.but this experience has left me very unhappy and frustrated. I expect better service and food from your brand.

Gone bad . We used to enjoy cookies and grab a coffee at this place . But the service and maintenance gone bad lately . Cookies and retro doughnuts full of flies .
Drive thru. 9pm.Sounded noisier in the kitchen than it was outside by the road. The lady couldn't hear me very well even though I was practically shouting. Like there was a party going in the background. Then she said she couldn't make what I had ordered (Chicken and salad bowl). So I ordered a chicken wrap instead. Wrap looked like it was thrown together and was not very good at all. She never spoke to me or looked at me when I got to the window. Never said hello or goodbye. Poor customer service.

Sunday, January 21, at noon. The lady who was on the speaker in the drive-thru. She was aggressive and impatient to take the order and was in a hurry. She was rude. I will try to get her name and put it in the comment post. At least if she reads the comment, if she tries, I hope she changes her behavior with customers. If you have a bad day, do not go to work and spread your negative energy to people. Everyone has things going on..
