I’ve had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The service is always friendly and efficient, and my orders are prepared accurately every time. The staff make sure everything is fresh, and the quality of both the food and drinks is consistently good. ABSOLUTELY abysmal service asked to wait a moment and 3 mins later had heard nothing said hello to make sure not forgotten NO ANSWER even. I had to leave hope the other 2 cars after me got served

It seems someone was playing prank on everyone in this location today. I went close to 8 PM in drive through, and someone said ‘1 moment, please wait’ and didn’t respond back for full 10 minutes. I then parked the car and found the store was closed from inside, but people were regularly coming to drive through and going away frustrated with similar experience. Saw at least 5-6 cars in 20 minutes I spent in the location.

I enjoy coming to this Tim Hortons location because they are efficient, pay attention to detail, and have workers who care about providing quality customer service. I went one time to Tim Hortons and forgot to ask for a sleeve for my coffee, one of the team members, he gave me a sleeve without me asking which made my experience that much better. I would recommend this location to my friends. Keep up the great work!

We ordered barbecue ranch chicken bowl. But later they said they don't have bbq ranch rather provide habanero chicken. Mostly what we order is not available in many tim hortons. Mostly out of stock and not happy
Went by today to grab some breakfast and was greeted with such great hospitality and service from a lovely lady named Jamila, honestly she made my day! She’s so polite and sweet, it made my frantic morning so much better.
The coffee and breakfast sandwich were fresh and well made. Everyone was super friendly, the restaurant was clean and the overall experience was really pleasant.
I’m normally a drive thru- person, but I’m glad to have made it in for a pleasant visit. Kindness goes a long way, I appreciate all the hard work and smiles in these tough times.
