This Tim's is a lifesaver at Milton District Hospital. There is always a line up so I ordered on the app the 2nd time around. The line moved very fast and they definitely do keep up the pace with demand and the staff are super kind and will let you know if the order is slightly behind than usual wait times. The food and coffee is better than most locations I've been to. My only small complaint would be that they aren't 24/7 but that's just me being picky.

Pathetic service experience. I placed an order of over $20 and requested an extra cup, for which I was charged an additional 10 cents. To my surprise, the staff mentioned that the extra cup would not come with a lid. This is highly unprofessional and reflects a lack of basic customer service training. Tim definitely needs better training to handle such simple requests.

This place is horrible . Never open .the only place in the hospital to get food or coffee but horrible hours . Apparently hospital staff and visitors don't come to the hospital on weekends and holidays. They close at 4:pm .. ridiculous.
