I ordered two small coffees at drive through but it was given in a regular cup and not in Roll up to Win. Roll up to win program is still in effect. However, upon asking at drive through I was told the owner of restaurant has advised staff not to give out cup (roll up to win) unless otherwise ordered in certain cup that they have roll up to win cups available. I don’t think it’s a fair practice especially when they have other sizes available for Roll up to Win. Corporate place to cheap out like this is extremely disappointing.

Ok, I loved Tim’s since ever (25 years ago) when my first visit to one of Tim’s. Since I came here (to Canada) I’ve loved the Canadian life style, the Canadian spirit, the Canadian traditions. And honestly I’ve merged so soon with it. Now where is Canada life style!? Is it a multicultural society anymore!?
Where is the Tim’s old style!? I can’t find any!!!
I feel so bad and I’m 1st generation immigrant, just imagine the 3rd and 4th generation Canadians how they feel now!!!???

Today staff said they Dont have Small cups I asked for small steeped tea & small double double. She told me to take Medium instead of small. Surprised they don’t have small cups.

This is not the first time that I experience such things. The servers no matter day or night, they never never fill up the cup of drinks, either coffees, hot drinks or so. All these times when I open the lid, it’s more than two inches below the lip. Why?
I’m paying for a prime drink, so why should I get full drink?
Would someone from Tim Hortons head office or customer relations address this consistent issue with the owner / manager and resolve this problem for good?

Good food, horrible service. They slow you down intentionally in the drive thru to manipulate their times. While placing an order they will tell you multiple times to “hold on a second”, “let me check”, and leave you there for minutes at a time. Takes 5 minutes to place an order and ready when you get to the window. But then tell me to “have my payment ready at the window” as if I haven’t been sitting there for 5 minutes with my card in hand. Friendly when you get to the window but the weirdest Tim Hortons in terms of service I’ve ever seen.

I am a regular customer of this location always been welcomed professionally, staff work hard to keep up with market standards, have seen people coming in and making this place a living hell, rather being respectful they expect service for what they even don't know themselves, and then they put bad reviews pretending a respectful member of society, which shows it-self by the choice of words they chose for their God dam complain.

Do not go to this Tim Hortons unless you would like to wait 35 minutes in the drive-through each morning there used to be a Caucasian middle-aged woman that was there did a great job knew all the customers was pleasant to deal with until after Christmas they got rid of hernow they have young girls there that don’t understand when you order one coffee have to ask you three times what you ordered and only have one car going through the drive-through at a time bordering on pathetic.
