It is irony to see tim is being managed by bunch of people who does not understand english. Even the Drive thru guys speak in such haste that they forget what customer has ordered. I ordered Pumpkin spice latte and what i've got only regular latte. Manager is also a rude lady. Sad to see that Canadian courtesy is not being practiced at this centre.

I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons! As a vegetarian, I really appreciate the options they offer, and one of my favorites is the Four Cheese Bagel. This time, I didn’t even ask for extra butter, but they added it – and I absolutely loved that small thoughtful touch. I also ordered my favorite Chai Tea Latte, and they made it fresh and perfectly hot, just the way I like it.
The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming, and I admire how quickly they take and prepare orders, even during busy times. Since I also work, I understand how stressful it can be under pressure. Mistakes can happen – employees are not perfect, they are human like all of us. I believe as customers we should be more understanding and handle any issue politely and respectfully, because solving things kindly is always easier for both sides.
I also want to share something I witnessed. A customer in front of me was upset about paying for a cup of water. Honestly, I don’t understand why people argue over something so small. At home, we pay for electricity and water every day – so paying a few cents here is really not a big deal. It’s just part of supporting the business and the people who work so hard to serve us.
Overall, my experience at this location was excellent – from the delicious food to the warm drinks and the respectful, hardworking staff. I’ll definitely keep coming back, and I highly recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone who values great service, kindness, and a positive atmosphere!

I ordered two steeped teas – one double-double and another with three cream, two sugar. Instead, I was handed a triple-triple. When I let them know it wasn’t my tea, one of the staff members started yelling at the person at the window, saying that she had repeated the order. This was very unpleasant to witness. Employees should know how to communicate respectfully with their co-workers, especially when customers are present and listening. I hope the staff member can learn better manners for next time.

I had an unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons location. The staff were speaking loudly in Punjabi, which created a noisy and unprofessional atmosphere. It was difficult to relax and enjoy my time there due to the volume and tone of their conversation. I believe a more professional environment — including polite and clear communication in English — would help make all customers feel more comfortable. I hope management addresses this issue moving forward.

I ordered 2 coffee and a cup of cold water, they charged me for the water and gave it to me not cold. When I asked her why it was not cold, she said if you want cold water you have to order a bottle of cold water in unacceptable language and body language. Also the coffee was not hot enough. I decided to not go to this branch again. Every day I go to different branches and this situation isn't happening.

Staff are painfully slow, the cashier brought her co worker over to help with the register since she didn’t know how to use it, who then called over another worker…. Took 3 people just to use a register, does the manager even assess their competency?

I would like to report a very disappointing experience I had at your drive-thru.
I attempted to pay for my order with cash, using a $100 bill. When I reached the window, a lady named Carry, who identified herself as the manager, informed me that she would not take my cash because it was a $100 bill. When I asked if it was due to a lack of change, she said it was because they don’t expect large bills. I was surprised and asked if she was joking.
After that, she took my money, but as the window was closing, she proceeded to mock me loudly. When she returned with my order, I let her know that I heard her, and that her behavior was rude. At that point, she raised her voice, accused me of being rude, and told me that next time she would not take my money.
This was the worst customer service I have experienced so far, and I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I am a regular customer, and I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to ensure that customers are treated with respect in the future.
