The staff are usually friendly and efficient, ensuring fast service even during busy hours. Their menu offers a great variety, from breakfast sandwiches to soups, making it a go-to spot for a quick bite.

Neither coffee was hot nor bagel
This is for sure the worst tim’s I have even been (twice). They are disorganized and don’t know what they’re doing. They definitely need more training.
Why is there so much maple syrup on my damn bacon

Looks like Tims working hard to bring back old standards. Now I am getting what I ordered 100% of the time.

At 7:20 this morning my husband visited this location to pick up some coffee and breakfast for us, The employee did not even have the courtesy to look up from whatever fiddling she was doing on the computer. The bottom 2 shelves were totally empty and when he asked for an old fashioned plain he was told they don't do those there...seriously? He then asked for a breakfast croissant and was told they weren't ready yet. He inquired if they still open at 5:30 whereupon she retorted "not everything can be ready at 5:30", reminder this is at 7:20. At this point he realized trying to get anything at this location is an exercise in futility and no coffee is worth that level of rudeness and bad service. He left emptyhanded and visited a competitor where the food and service was just fine

Today 16 Aug, a cashier at 10:50 Am has misbehaved and denied honering the survey code on receipt and aldo showed extreme anger.
Firstly she said that we got instructions from headquarters that we can not give you coffee on offer if you purchased the one before.
Asking upon wether these rules havebeen posted online firsly she bluffed yes and after i didn't find anywhere then she said this is not what customer can see it is only conveyed to us.
Then I said that if I received a code on my receipt then you have to honer that under consumer act upon that she started showing anger and even said that we will not give you receipt anymore if you buy coffee on offer.
Then I cross questioned that any customer serving bussiness is entitled to give receipt to customer if customer wants that. Upon that she said " I am not entitled to give you receipt"
The way she spoke was really unacceptable and that will be a reason I might not want to visit this store again

I come here almost daily as it’s a 45 minute walk from my house and walking back gets me my 10k steps.
I’m usually here in the early morning, it’s a decent atmosphere from what I’ve personally experienced however I’m usually just doodling or journalling on my iPad (it’s the perfect place for that!) A few of the employees do seem a little tired in the mornings but I don’t blame them one bit! I can tell they’re trying to just get through the morning shift which is honestly one I give them props for. They’re also quite friendly, they’re not very talkative from what I can tell and that’s totally fine by me, they’re here to work, not be our friends - I give them the upmost respect when I can while ordering because the morning shift is not an easy one. Just remember during opening - they’re still getting things set up to run for the day, the same as every other store, give them some grace if you come during opening.
Hours (confirmed by opening employee): Weekdays - 5:30AM, Weekends - 6:30AM [during the weekends, ignore the 5:30AM sign, I learned that the hard way!]
I find that it starts getting really busy from 7:30ish-onwards. I get overstimulated very easily (thanks neurodivergence!) and because it’s a fairly small space, it can get pretty stuffy when rush hour comes in - just like any other Tim Hortons. The smaller space also means that they don’t have everything a larger Tim Hortons has in the display case (not all the bagels, donuts, muffins, etc. Think like a Tim Hortons express you’d see at a hospital!) They do still have wedges, sandwiches and stuff like that, just not all the display case treats. :)
Overall, it’s a pretty decent experience and I like being able to just sit and journal in the mornings where I can smell fresh coffee brewing.
