I'm not impressed with how one lady needs a friendly reminder to change her gloves after touching money before touching food. And I don't appreciate her attitude after kindly asking her to do so. She also doesn't understand what double toasted is. As a regular patron at this location, her practices don't seem to be healthy or food safe and I get the impression the English language presents a challenge for her to comprehend. Definitely makes me nervous to order anything when she works

This Tim Hortons is a solid choice for a quick coffee or snack. The staff are friendly and efficient, and my orders are almost always accurate. The coffee is fresh, and the food comes out hot, which isn’t always the case at other locations.
The seating area is clean and usually quiet, making it a good spot to sit down for a few minutes if you’re on a break or meeting someone. Service is pretty quick, even during the morning rush.
Overall, a dependable Tim Hortons with good service and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely one of the better locations in the area.

I ordered food from the app for pick up after 10 minutes to arrive and be informed they stop serving food at 8. Nothing mentioned on the app. Totally disappointing and unprofessional
