The gentleman at the front counter with a goatee was very polite and helpful. He offered to fill up my cup as soon as I walked in, and immediately gave me a positive impression of the Tim’s. Give this man a raise!

I’ve been coming to this Tim every day for the past 2-3 years, but things have really gone downhill lately. new staff and manager need some serious training. service is slow, orders are getting messed up, and no one seems to care about getting things right. & manager especially doesn’t seem to have a clue about what’s going on. If things don’t improve soon, this store is gonna be closed soon.

When its 1020 pm and they don't want to serve any food. Even though the menu says hot food until 11. Excuses excuses. Lousy service. We left and they locked the entrance doors before we left around 1030 .....obviously didn't customers or wanted to work to hard

This whole place is filthy and it's not like they were busy. I asked does no one clean up and was ignored. I had to wet napkins to wipe table to sit at. Gross. Will not be back.

Need lots of improvement. Just for a coffee and a bagel took 15 min at drive thru plus wrong order and 2 people are asking for payment again even after paid once.

Spent $20 on a sandwich I can't even eat. I asked three times to make sure there wasn't any mix ups. Even at the window. I ordered a BLT and an everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon . I'm allergic to dairy and they put cream cheese on my BLT. You work a minimum wage job, the LEAST you can do is get an order correct.

The slowest service ever .... but the workers chatting about their girlfriends and completely ignoring customers. 6 workers doing nothing. Asked for supervisor... she was on a break . Whe she came out she asked me to write review and complain so that they hire more staff... I said she didn't nees more staff just the staff should be working .....
