Stopped in late this weekend and there were two staff who basically looked disorganized and disappointed to see a customer đ€ I waited and even made eye contact but was ignored. I left after 5 minutes of standing there while they both took care of a car in the drive thru. đđđ

Was going to Toronto so stopped on the way. I drink Black coffee so I can't drink it right away. About 10 min down the road I tried it. One, the smell was awful and the taste was worse. Second when I dumped it after drinking none of it, it had almost a 1/4 of coffee grounds in the bottom. Gross, what a waste, and a disappointment for my drive to the city.

Had to wait more than 10 mins to get 2 coffees from a mobile order. When asked we were told âshortage of staffâ but there were 5 people working. Also the place was not kept clean. Very disappointed by the service.

This location is terribly staffed. There were 3 employees (2 working the drive thru and 1 person taking orders and satisfying other orders including mobile). An order of 4 muffins took 15 minutes to satisfy. The shelves looked extremely empty giving a very limited selection to choose from. Considering itâs by the 401 too, we expected a little bit faster service and pleasant customer service. The location itself isnât clean, the washrooms were very dirty. I wouldnât recommend.

Long waiting time in drive thru ⊠reason ? thereâs only two employees dealing with taking order in store + for drive thru and serving at the window as-well.
To the owner / Manager - youâre giving horrible service by cheaping out on the labour.

I ordered Habenaro Veggie loaded bowl. This is what they gave me for 8$ , very less veggies and just lots of rice, when I asked for adding more veggies the employee rudely said this is what you paid for! It only will have this amount. Honest opinion, either to change name for dish or give more for the amount paid.Worst Service ever!
I went to drive thru at 9.48 pm. Asked for crispy chicken. They said they dont have crspy chicken. I was hungry, so i asked if they have any other item to eat. She said she do not have anything to eat as they are closing at 11. I was calm and composed but do not know why she was very angry. Please be professional. We are paying money for the service.

Just ordered a buffalo chicken rice bowl, not only was the chicken non existent in the bowl, but what there was in the bowl were 3 grilled chicken pieces when we asked for crispy, is it that hard to follow basic instructions?

This is the worst Tim Hortons in all of milton I try not to go here ever but today it was on my way so thought ide give it another shot to my surprise it hasn't gotten any better. They forgot my tea and bagel belt so I asked the ladie after 10 min of standing there if she could make it for me and she did but forgot to add the milk and sugar . Then I stood there for another 15 min waiting for my bagel belt witch never came so I asked if it was still being made know one could figure it out so I just ended up leaving without it . Save yourself the headache of this place and go to a different location
