We have been ordering from Vitos for years however the last 4 or 5 times we've ordered, the delivery was more than 40min late. This time, it's 45min late and apparently hasn't even left the store. I asked if it was free and the manager made excuses about traffic and told me to come pick it up. I told him to throw it in the garbage and that we will never order from Vitos again. Horrible customer service.
Had a Panzo from this place and it was a disaster. The Panzo was wet, with the outside burnt. The store cheap out on adding the cheese. I wouldn’t recommend this place, there are better options.

I’ve been going here for 23 years and it’s still my favourite. I always have to stop by when I’m in town.
If you order 1 slice they will always try to give you two in order to double the size of the bill. The owner is very arrogant and rude, pretends it isnt intentional but it happens every. Single. Time. I wish there was a closer pizza place to my work... Your response back is a joke with you admitting you serve everyone "one order" intentionally ignoring that they ask for 1 slice. On 6 occasions I have ordered 1 slice emphasizing the word 1 and sticking up a single finger. You intentionally serve two to every customer to hope they think they cant buy just one and to double the bill. You said "I miss heard you" and when I replied no you didnt you grinned at me you smug unprofessional clown.
