Good prices, decent fast food, friendly staff, pretty fast service in the morning, even when they’re busy. Has a drive through and public washroom. Same building as Tim Hortons if you want something from both.

I went through the drive-thru recently and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member named Brandon, who seemed like a manager, was very rude to me.

Customers come here to spend their own money, and no one should be made to feel like they are being done a favor. Proper training is needed to ensure staff treat all customers with respect, regardless of background.

I hope management looks into this so that other customers don’t face the same treatment.

V FIRST

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Baconator combo, but I was very disappointed with what I received. The burger came with only one patty and just two slices of bacon — definitely not what the Baconator is supposed to be. On top of that, I didn’t receive the full combo I paid for.

Got two junior bacon cheese burgers for lunch,
Had one and it tasted off, still ate it cause I was so hungry.
Went to eat the second of and instantly got a smell of mold. The bun was moldy.
Went back and the lady tried to tell me it wasn’t moldy, dropped it on the counter and walked away. I had to call a manager over, she clearly seen it was mold and gave me a refund.
So gross. Please do better.

Went through the drove through this evening around 6pm. Ordered 3 SON OF BACONATORS with extra bacon. Paid $28.41. When I arrived home to hand one of each to family, there were only TWO burgers in the bag. We had to share one between two of us. If this is how Wendy's treats their customers, it's the last time they can expect my business. SHAME ON YOU FOR DOING THIS TO US.
