It’s New Years Eve and I picked up a chocolate log cake to have with the kids as a part of early NYE. What an utter disappointment. The icing is hard and thick. I was told it was buttercream. The cake is very dry. At this time I cannot even go pick up something else because the grocery stores have closed. The staff were friendly enough but the product was downright disappointing. For $30 this was sad.

Update- as per owner’s response: To clarify - I did not receive discount for my review. I don’t give reviews prior to receiving service. Reg quality - whatever I purchased at this bakery I had to throw out.
What a disappointment. They tasted old, leaving very bad aftertaste. Best way to describe this would be as they were in a freezer with some other foods, absorbing their different taste and smell. This place offers a discount in exchange for the Google review…. Something to consider when checking previous reviews.

Friendly staff. Good variety of baked goods. Warmed up apple cinnamon bun was very tasty with yummy pieces of apples, just as expected! Alas, apple fritter was dry with only one piece of apple. Coffee was mediocre.

Overall, an underwhelming experience.
I waited 15 minutes in line on a warm, sunny Saturday, eager for an iced coffee and a pastry, only to find that the ice machine was out of order. A simple notice could have saved time and managed expectations.
Settling for a regular coffee, I found it fairly average, and the pistachio croissant was sticky and tasted less than fresh. For the price, I expected a higher quality.
The indoor seating was crowded, with no ventilation, making the atmosphere uncomfortably stuffy. To top it off, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly, causing a brief panic when “custard came out of the oven.”
Having visited multiple times, I’ve repeatedly found the experience lacking.

My son likes the Donats and the water. He says the staff are amazing and friendly.

Chocolate croissant - instead of being soft and moist, the bread was dry and hard to chew. Cute cafe but kind of with awkward vibe inside, no music playing just some tv noise in the background, not very inviting for people to stay and have a cup of coffee.
Got the (?chocolate) donut from here, it was sooo dry. Same goes with the sandwich rolls. Would not recommend.

Overall a 3, I’ve had good customer service experience but the bakery items have been very underwhelming for the price. I tried the donuts, the topping was good but the donut itself was very dry. I’ve tried the croissants a few times and they weren’t very flaky and the filling was just okay. I haven’t tried anything else from there. I may go back but not for the desserts.
