Zak always made you feel he cared no matter how busy he was. It took us 4 years of looking past feeling we were a bother. The last interaction that included no apology was the last straw. Now you will be a little less busy.

Firstly, I stand corrected, if ownership did not change, fine. But something did change—ever since Zak stepped away from behind the counter. And this kind of reply shows me the service has changed in and of itself.
Secondly, I did not write my review based on one experience from the other day. It is based on the same thing happening multiple times. I know that my prescription is ordered in. Your techs have told me after I already expressed my concerns to them once that it was never ready and they finally told me why. But I also asked that I be notified if for some reason it won’t be available at the date and time we (the tech and I) agree on for pick up. Because as I said, I come from out of town, and if I wanted to wait “10 minutes” I would walk in to fill my prescription and wait around. But I call, with minimum 2 days notice, with the intention and expectation that my prescription will be ready and waiting on that rack of prescriptions for pick up on the agreed upon day.
Not the same since ownership changed. My prescription is almost never ready when I come and they never call to give me a heads up when if it will be delayed. I used to live in Milton and wanted to give Zak my business so continued to do so when I moved out of town. Not finding it worth to come from out of town anymore with the new ownership.

They've changed, I'm chasing them for my medications and stuck with going through withdrawals. I used to love and respect this place so much but now they don't care. I don't even think Zak is in charge anymore. I don't feel comfortable getting the run around and constantly asking for my prescriptions with no answer.

I don’t usually post reviews but Zaks pharmacy is second to none and deserves recognition . Originally Zak, now Moe and his team make you feel incredibly safe and special in their care. They always go the extra mile, make you feel comfortable, giving you many options, trusted advice and even if he is busy Moe always takes the time to reassure you and educate you about your medications and conditions so much so that my senior mother with diabetes always wants to consult with Moe before taking a prescription that even a specialist has prescribed to her. My family has been going to Zak's for almost 40 years. We've lived in Milton for 40 years and started going to Zak's shortly after he opened for business. I have no hesitation to offer 5/5. This is a great business to deal with.Zak's staff are always friendly and some of them even know people by name. They're always professional. They give great advice on how to get the most out of meds and are always helpful.Over the years we have required many (thousands) of scrips to be filled between my senior parents and 3-50 somethings in the house. We have never had an order mis-filled or not ready when promised. That was not the case when we've gone to chain types. At a chain once my wife was given someone else's scrip and it wasn't even a med she took. We caught it before she took it.I will not go to the chains as long as I can go to Zak's.Thanks to all of the staff at Zak's.D
