Booked my Covid vaccine for my family a month in advance. Zaks pharmacy called me the same day to say they are canceling my appointment with no alternate solution (another date to offer). The lady said it’s because the pharmacist had an emergency and the replacement pharmacist is unable to administer vaccines 💉but also didn’t have any vaccines for us. It’s quite unfortunate she couldn’t allow us a solution instead of leaving us to figure it out again and potentially wait another month.
