I just called to try and place a pickup order and was told by the man working “we are not taking any orders we are too busy” and he hung up on me so I tried to call again and he said the exact same thing. This is very frustrating and poor customer service as he should not have hung up and just stated they have a longer wait time, but no he decided to leave a horrible experience for me and likely anyone else who tried to order.

Always enjoy there service

Slices have obviously been sitting for some time as it's always dry.
Staff is not welcoming unless you're a regular.
Delivery driver seems to be drunk and/or not suitable to be driving and insults potential customers for parking out.

It was really delicious, we enjoyed their cauliflower base, which was not just healthy but all filling.

Their complete staff and the owners were very welcoming and humble.

I would definitely visit again!

Review support: I run an Italian restaurant, 30+ years experience in pizza.

In all fairness I see good and bad reviews of this place. I went and tried for myself. It's your typical New Orleans Pizza. Do the staff working for a franchise deserve to feel negative ? Definitely not. Is New Orleans Pizza itself as a franchise absolutely awful at making pizza ? Yes. I'd never blame staff, and always blame the creators of the product. The staff simply follow the directions provided. They are not trained chefs and often have no experience in actual cuisine. If you are a low rater and leave a negative review on the staff you are foolish. The pizza is what it is which is why I supply a 2 star review for New Orleans and not the employees working there. New Orleans utilizes poor quality flour which is why their crust has no air pockets from natural fermentation processes, the tomato sauce is placed under the cheese which is the complete opposite of all Italian pizza making, the cheese is also not real, it is processed and not freshly made which is why it turns into paste when melted. The pizza is greasy because corporations think more fat is more flavour. It is New Orleans who fails at understanding what makes good pizza. Not the workers.

Unbelievable pizza for a small town pie shop. Quality ingredients and well cooked. I highly recommend.

Expensive pizza, Tomato sauce is never cooked all the way through, sometimes burnt pizza, and terrible taste. Usually in the past we all have had bad reactions afterwards from this pizza. Bad reactions of the sit down bathroom kind.

It's a good quality pizza joint

Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetarian vegetables options

Kid-friendliness: It's pizza, most kids love pizza

Parking: There are times that the small parking area is full, but most of the time, you can find parking. Even if it's full , if you wait a couple of minutes, you can find a parking space .
