Probably the best shop / store in the entirety of Manitoulin islands. Great espresso, great people that work there. Hope it thrives!

Great coffee and other goodies. Service is a model for how service should be... and this is the island, where there can be attitude. Not here!!! Always a stop on our visits to the island! Recommended

The best hot Bagels and Egg with thin bacon can be found at this amazing place! I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious taste and freshness of the food. The combination of the warm bagels, perfectly cooked eggs, and thin crispy bacon was simply delightful. Unlike other tea places, the tea I got here was steaming hot and freshly brewed, making it a perfect complement to my meal. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and answered all of my questions with genuine kindness and patience. It's always a pleasure to be served by such attentive and caring staff. One thing I highly recommend trying is their maple syrup. It's an absolute treat! The flavor is so rich and tasty, and the aroma is just heavenly. Adding it to my bagels and eggs elevated the whole experience to a whole new level of deliciousness.Overall, my visit to this place was fantastic, thanks to the mouthwatering food, hot and fresh tea, and the excellent service provided by the friendly staff. I will definitely be returning to enjoy their delightful breakfast options and warm hospitality. If you're looking for a place with delicious food, great tea, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be!Parking: Amazing

Friendly and non dairy options for the win! Such sweet people. They really made the day for us when we got an iced white mocha with almond milk I think it was and my husband got a mocha with regular milk. We were both very pleased and they were super sweet people working there sat June 24, the day after our anniversary!

Not only is this the best coffee on Manitoulin Island, but it also has the best pastries and the best service. I absolutely love this place and I would recommend it to anybody in the area.Dietary restrictions: They also offer non-dairy creamers.

The service I received at this place was not amazing. I didn’t find that staffer that served me treated me with the level of decency that comes with practicing good customer service. They didn’t smile and honestly did not seem to have a good attitude. This individual seemed irritated that I was there, and shoved my drink towards me in an aggressive manner. However, the treatment from this staffer didn’t seem to other patrons and regular who passed by the store throughout the day interestingly enough…they were friendly and even laughing with them. As a visible minority, I have to wonder whether or not that played a role in how I was treated. Not to call anyone racist but hey…can’t rule it out. A first world problem I experienced pertains to the internet access in this establishment. While I understand that internet access isn’t the responsibility of any business owner, the situation I experienced felt a little off. I work remotely, and I was informed that internet access was by donation (an unspecified amount mind you) which I was fine with. And then came the afternoon when my VPN informed me that it couldn’t activate due to the network I had connected to was not granting me internet access, and I ought to log onto a browser to see if I needed to view a login page for the internet. I go on Google, and lo and behold…I end up on an Eero page that says that my “device’s internet access has been paused”. Meaning that that the network was still on and providing internet access…just not to me ?‍♀️. Ended up hotspotting from my mobile device and finished my workday. The only communication from the store to me came as I was leaving, when the staffer from the beginning of my day informed me that "We don't leave the internet on all day if it's not busy like, this isn't just a place you can come and use the wifi at all day long. You should just go to the library next time.”. This is fair—except for the fact that the network still worked fine on my phone…so it wasn’t off—it was deliberately turned off for my computer. Which is there right to do so, but the polite thing to do would have been to inform me of that at any point during my visit there so I could have planned accordingly. I think it was extremely disingenuous of the staffer to say internet was donation only and then deliberately turn my access off and say that the internet was turned off when it clearly wasn’t. I would actually say it was dishonest. Again—the internet thing is a first world issue. I give this a 3/5 because the coffee and pastries are decent….but poor customer experience can only take this so far.
