Nice little brewery, good atmosphere and the food was really good. The blue cheese burger was amazing and the fries were great!! Will stop in again the next time I am going through Minden.

I normally love coming here and I will continue to come here because I understand that we are all human and shit happens. However we waited 15 minutes for a table because we were told there is a party of 25 coming in to the top seating area and im writing this review at 730 and they close at 9 . So im highly doubting a party of 25 is coming in . Not only that there was 2 dirty empty tables in the bottom seating area not being clean and we were told they weren't seating anymore down there. Which also fine maybe there was a waitress to table ratio they were needing to abide by. When sat they took the cups off the table and didn't wipe it down . We then watched more people be sat at dirty tables. We just paid and I am still looking at 2 gentlemen who were sat at a table still dirty with dirty cups and food on the table. All the staff are on there phones and hooting and hollering instead of providing good service. Sad to say the least but will return because I love the food and atmosphere. Definitely room for improvement!!

When Boshkung Brewing says Good Beer, Good People, it’s not just a slogan—it’s a living truth. My stop at their Minden location was completely unexpected, but it turned into one of the best lunch breaks I’ve had in a long while.
From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was next-level. My server went above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and genuine. She suggested the perfect beer-and-burger combo that turned my stressful day right around. Sometimes it’s the little things—a smile, the right amount of enthusiasm—that change everything.
I went with the Boshkung Blues 6oz burger—juicy beef with lettuce, onion, bacon jam, stout BBQ sauce, and blue cheese. Every bite was bold and layered, especially paired with Little Canoe Light Lager. That lager was crisp, refreshing, and just complex enough to keep me going back for another sip. I couldn’t resist grabbing a few cans to take home, along with one of their golden ales that carried soft malt, floral hop aromas, and a smooth fruitiness. Both brews perfectly captured what craft beer should be: balanced, distinctive, and deeply satisfying.
The team here clearly takes pride not just in crafting top-tier beer, but also in creating a memorable, uplifting experience. What started as a quick pit stop turned into a highlight of my day. Minden is lucky to have a gem like Boshkung Brewing—this is a place worth going out of your way for.

Bad service, overpriced and bland food. Probably the worst chicken Caesar wrap I have ever had and for $18 it didn’t even come with a side. Beer was good, but would not recommend eating here

Stopped in here for a quick lunch and sit with the kids. We ordered fries, chicken bites, a hot dog and tasting 2 flights of beer. The server was lovely and the food was quick and delicious! We ordered a second round of fries for the table because everyone loved them.
The strawberries and cream sour was 10/10! They were short staffed that day with only 1 server and a very busy place, but she was hustling and still great. Will for sure come back again!

Not great! Ordered a Basic Burger and was good however, you would have to buy the fries separately said our server. Very few restaurants do this, and this will be the first and last timeever coming here again! My wife had an eight dollar caesar salad. Very small!!! Essentially a nickel and dime pub that makes you pay for extras that should come with the plate(ie.burger that comes with a choice of fries or a salad) Yes and plastic cutlery too! But the last thing when we got the bill and paid for it, the gratuity was minimum 18%. Needless to say to say we pushed the option button!!!

We stopped here for lunch on the way to rental cottage. LOVED it so much we went back on the way home. We had the burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches - so tasty!! The fries are delicious too. Enjoyed the live music on Saturday and the wait for a table and food was quick.
