The people working and dining. They all seem to know each other. Atmosphere was very chill and felt like I've been going there for years. Loved this brewery. Being an IPA lover, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had 3 to chose from, and I tried them all. My wife tried a stout and couple other dark beers. We really enjoyed the stay. The food great too. Worth the stop!

We have gone to this brewery in Minden years ago. Wonderful experience. Since we were at the Haliburton Wolf Centre we decided to grab an app. After waiting 15 minutes in line we were finally seated. Our server immediately dropped off water and then we did not see her again for many minutes. Thankfully one server asked if we had been helped. We said no so Sam (our server) finally came. One of our guests did not have ID and would not be served. She was with her in laws and we vouched for her age and our son showed his 23 year old ID. Our group discussed and understood her position. Our meals were cold. The poutine was basic and tasted like can gravy.We understood they were understaffed but it was ridiculous and the food wasn’t worth the wait. The beer was warm but I didn’t want to wait any longer for a drink.

Great beer selection and staff. Was very disappointed with the Brisket Mac and Cheese that was less than half the size of the same dish and roughly same price I ordered at Olde Cottage Pub in Scarborough 6 days earlier that also had noticeable cheese and brisket unlike this one. Wasn't enough to even be an appetizer with cheese and brisket barely noticeable.On a positive, Eric, as bartender and server was fantastic with checking in on my wife and I and managed to get the dish reduced 25% (from $21 to just over $15), but still overpriced considering for $15 at Gusto Grande in Lindsay I had a beef dip and cheese sandwich with twice the portions and it came with a seafood chowder.Please provide value for the price.
I met a couple of friends here for lunch on a Saturday. The space itself is quite small with limited seating but there service was good and the food was great. I ordered a chicken blt sandwich and the ingredients were all fresh and good quality. It was a bit surprised it didn't come with a side at all but I still enjoyed the meal. They have fridges in the back where you can purchase beer to go and so I bought some for my husband. He really enjoyed the cream ale and bravarian beer.

A fun little microbrewery outlet with lots of character. Very good staff and a fine selection of beers, several of which can be tasted on tap before purchasing in the take-out section. Very convenient place to go when the beer store is closed. We didn't stay for the on-site experience.
