Bought the smores ice cream, Egg Nog and tried the egg nog ice cream. And the coconut ice cream. Definitely worth the drive.

Our visit on October 19th was not very exciting. Contrary to other reviews, the service was extremely slow. We tried the milkshakes, but the flavor was below average, and you could tell the ingredients were of low quality. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience—it was far from the average rating this location has received.

Lucky for us, when October comes, we can see the launch of seasonal limited-edition Egg Nog😁 The ice cream is so delicious that I can take the whole bucket home and eat it. It’s also great when added with black tea~ There are also special bags and buckets of milk

If you love Kawartha Dairy ice cream, this is a must stop!! Soo many different flavors!
Much like Webers on the way back from Algonquin, this Kawartha Dairy is a mandatory place for me to visit when coming back from the Haliburton highlands. Portions are huge! Unless you want two flavors, the baby size is totally fine.

Terrible service for people of colour. My two friends who are black and indigenous were standing right in front of the window and they completely ignored them while taking orders from all the while folk behind them. When they finally took my friends order they didn’t give an apology at all. They waited in line for over 30 minutes. Disgusting behaviour, please educate your staff. Will be letting everyone know that this is a racist business.
