Wow if they showed some effort this place just might be not half bad, but nope!! The food is uneventful, it's like god forbid they put any effort into making a plate look at least appetizing! Also since when did we except a restaurant serving basically instant coffee via a Kerig* for coffee? When did a beautiful percolated pot of coffee go out of style? And please don't get me started on the rest!

If you're in Minden - this is the only spot! The food was better than my grandmas cooking, I wish Molly was my grandma. So sad she is selling. Place is a staple!

My husband and I ate here for the first time on Sunday. We are vegan and they had 1 vegan breakfast option which was delish! We also very much enjoyed their outdoor seating.

Great food in a cute setting. They have a huge breakfast/brunch menu with options for everyone (vegan, vegetarian, gf, meat eaters, big eaters, small eaters...).Standouts were the eggs benedict that they serve on an amazing tea biscuit instead of an english muffin and the baked beans! They also put a small slice of lemon loaf on our plates which was a nice touch and the homemade jam for toast was delicious.They had a nice setup to sit outside if you wanted and will bring the food out. Service was quick and they checked on us to see if we needed coffee refills.

I wanted to love this place but Molly’s was simply a disappointment. While the atmosphere was cosy (at best) and the menu suggested something special, it was anything but. The food under delivered massively and there was no service (not bad service, simply no service to speak of, you have to go to the counter yourself to order and pay). For three people ordering a meal each and 3 coffees (K-cup coffee being the only option) it came to $65. The hollandaise sauce was split, the food was cold, especially the waffle (pale and not crispy), the crepe and the French toast. The apple sauce was not good. The herbs in the parsley-caper pesto were not chopped finely enough and did not go well with the rest of the flavours on the plate. The home fries were soggy and did not taste good. The only thing warm on the plate were the eggs. It seems to appeal to local clientele.

Great place! Only suggestion is to totally revamp the butter tarts. Pastry is too thick and not enough filing. Otherwise I do recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

This place was recommended by a family member who is a local in town. Could not have been more disappointed in the service provided. Sharp tongued and snappy woman (owner?) at the till who took my order. Young server was a bit stand offish. I actually liked my apple compote crepe but the waffles the other party members all had were all undercooked. Pale and soft to touch. Not crispy as they should be. Expected better for the price. Won’t go back. P.S. It is rude to continually correct the customer on the pronunciation of a menu item. Just saying!!
