New owners but the food is the same quality and portions. I think they're still learning/training so they may be slower when busy. They are open Friday, Saturdays and Sundays noon till 7 approx. They are looking for help and looking to increase their hours.
I always have to make a stop or two at this chip truck whenever I visit Minden during the summer. I only ever get the poutine because the regular size is a meal on it’s own. Although the truck is under a new owner the menu and food quality hasn’t changed. I recently went with 3 adults and 3 children, and everyone was satisfied with what they ordered!
Probably one of the best chip wagon experiences I've had in some time. Its not often you see a chip trailer using peanut oil and I do appreciate that. The food was delicious, portions were MASSIVE and the speed and customer service was on point.I hope you are around for a long time. I'll be back for sure.We had the crispy chicken on a bun and shared a regular fry and battered mushrooms. We couldn't finish it all.
