The food is always fresh and tasty. I found today it was a little disorganized as it took forever to get a single order completed but it was a great sandwich when it was done. Staff just needs to be more organized and efficient. Also they could spruce up the interior a little. It looks tired.

Awful. Veggies a frozen in the counter bins. Staff is rude and have trouble speaking English and give you attitude when you point out you would like fresh veggies. Toilets were looking that they had not been washed in a few days. Tables were covered in trash and and were very dirty. I don't leave bad reviews but that was one of the worse fast food experience I have ever had.

I love subway- was there today and I guess they had a catering job where they had a bunch of green and white papers with writing on them for different subs. While they were building my sub they dropped cucumbers onto this paper, and picked them up and put them on my sandwich I immediately asked them to not put those cucumbers on my sub so he set them aside onto the green paper with writing. I then watched him put those cucumbers on someone else’s sandwich after me. Absolutely disgusting! I used to work at subway and I’d never even think of putting that contaminated food on someone’s sandwich for a catering job! Subway needs to address the subways in this area or subways in general because the new people buying subways are being absolutely disgusting for no reason- what to save a few cents ??

Lady tried to charge for 12 bucks for a 6 inch sub chicken teriyaki that's 5.99 on deal, with extra cheese didn't know extra cheese cost 2.00 a slice had to let them know, or will return it.. they trying to explain subway to me... barely can I understand what they are saying... I have been eating subway for 25 plus years in Canada and not sure how many other people they scammed and overcharged without them knowing and then they laugh like it's funny to them, not sure what's so funny......

Stopped in at the Subway in Minden, Ontario and had a great experience. The staff behind the counter were super friendly and made our subs just the way we like them. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the cookies were warm and perfectly baked—hard to resist! A solid stop if you're in the area and craving a quick, satisfying bite.

Visited on Oct 19. The 2 Indian Gujarati girls working at the counter were extremely rude for no specific reason. I get that customer service is a dead job, but at least have the common courtesy and be polite to your paying customers. If you can't do that, just quit.
me and my friends have experienced the worst experience ever in this subway. this is the location 12621 ON-35, Minden, ON K0M 2K0. Date 14th october 2024. the indian guy with mustache was so rude with us. he prepared our food in so hurry as he need to catch a train. this is not the end while serving our food he was throwing the food on the counter with no smile. seemed like he wasn’t happy having us his customers. we didn’t say anything as we tried to be polite and wanted to handle the situation gently so we just took our food and went out. this is the first time we have experienced this behaviour in the subway. We were five people and we already decided we will never ever go to any subway ever again in our life.
hope the management of subway will look into this matter.

i never have to ask for extra anything. but today they gave me maybe a tablespoon of lettuce and 3 cucumbers. but i’m not paying extra because they’re putting basically nothing on it. extremely disappointed.
