Absolute joke of a location. This Subway refused to accept digital coupons from Subway’s own app—the same app they aggressively promote. That’s not a misunderstanding, that’s false advertising.

The customer service was embarrassingly bad. Staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like honoring a company-issued coupon was some unreasonable request. No explanation, no effort to help—just here’s your receipt, call the owner to deal with it.

If this location can’t follow basic corporate promotions or treat customers with even minimal respect, it shouldn’t be operating under the Subway name. Save your time, money, and patience and go literally anywhere else. This place clearly doesn’t care.

I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding my visit to the Minden Subway location on December 27, 2025, at around 9:30 AM.
During my visit, I was served bread that was in extremely poor condition. The bread was stale, hard, and clearly not fresh. This is completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to serve fresh food. My meal was ruined, and I had a very bad experience.
In addition to the poor food quality, the female staff member working at that time was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no proper greeting, and her attitude toward customers was disrespectful. Such behavior, combined with poor food quality, reflects very badly on the management of this location.
I expect basic standards of freshness, hygiene, and customer service when visiting Subway. This incident raises serious concerns about staff training and overall store management.
I strongly request that this matter be investigated immediately and appropriate action be taken to ensure this does not happen again. Customers should not be treated this way or served food of such poor quality.
I expect a response explaining what corrective actions will be taken.

The food is always fresh and tasty. I found today it was a little disorganized as it took forever to get a single order completed but it was a great sandwich when it was done. Staff just needs to be more organized and efficient. Also they could spruce up the interior a little. It looks tired.

Awful. Veggies a frozen in the counter bins. Staff is rude and have trouble speaking English and give you attitude when you point out you would like fresh veggies. Toilets were looking that they had not been washed in a few days. Tables were covered in trash and and were very dirty. I don't leave bad reviews but that was one of the worse fast food experience I have ever had.

I love subway- was there today and I guess they had a catering job where they had a bunch of green and white papers with writing on them for different subs. While they were building my sub they dropped cucumbers onto this paper, and picked them up and put them on my sandwich I immediately asked them to not put those cucumbers on my sub so he set them aside onto the green paper with writing. I then watched him put those cucumbers on someone else’s sandwich after me. Absolutely disgusting! I used to work at subway and I’d never even think of putting that contaminated food on someone’s sandwich for a catering job! Subway needs to address the subways in this area or subways in general because the new people buying subways are being absolutely disgusting for no reason- what to save a few cents ??

Lady tried to charge for 12 bucks for a 6 inch sub chicken teriyaki that's 5.99 on deal, with extra cheese didn't know extra cheese cost 2.00 a slice had to let them know, or will return it.. they trying to explain subway to me... barely can I understand what they are saying... I have been eating subway for 25 plus years in Canada and not sure how many other people they scammed and overcharged without them knowing and then they laugh like it's funny to them, not sure what's so funny......
