i am very disappointed with the service I received at the drivethrough.The employee at the window showed a bad attitude, did not greet me, and rolled her eyes during the interaction. This behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable.her name was jasspreet or somthg.
Wow I can't believe this trip to Tim's not busy they served the gentleman in front then I and as I'm waiting for two whole drinks they served another customer I order an ice cap made with chocolate milk and med dd the customer also ordered an ice cap with chocolate milk so when it came to the counter I went to grab it and the staff gave it to the customer that placed order after me and they left and I'm still waiting 6 staff standing around and not one realize what they did so finally someone asked and now there is no chocolate milk left yes they did offer to make it with cream or milk this is diet issue so they offered me coffee and I had to ask for a refund they did give me the second coffee for free was nice but definitely not the point

I have a problem getting a good cappuccino at Tim's and I got 2 from Minden. The young girl that made them gave more cappuccino and less foam - so you know you are getting your money's worth and it tasted great. Her name us Harpreet. She was very nice as well.
