The food was ok. The service was very slow and one of the staff was telling off another in front of me for not serving fast. It is very unpleasant for both parties. This is humiliating and should be done respectfully behind closed doors.

Very slow in-dining service. 1 person at the walk-in counter and 7 people serving the drive-thru. Also, men's washroom is not supplied with warm water. It was freezing to wash your hands! That is totally unacceptable.

Why is Tim Hortons even so popular. Coffee is blah. There is no consistency. Same order is different at each location. Today coffee was Luke warm. They mess up food orders all the time. The only reason I go is cause sometimes they are the only place around.

What's up with you guys being closed so early. Coming though here in a truck literally dying of thirst and everything is closed up? It's summer and your on a major road way....what a disappointment. Now to keep going another 3 hours with nothing to dri k. Just worked 16 hours. I'm thirrrrrsty ?
