What a find on a beautiful motorbike ride through Ontario fall foliage!!! The smell of the smokers brought us in but the engaging hosts and excellent food kept us and will bring us back. Make sure to visit the Possum Lodge Branch 11 upstairs - you’ve never seen anything so Canadian in your life!
We found this place driving by and put it on our list to stop in, glad we did. amazing selection and great tasting products. Wonderful staff on top of it all. be sure to stop in you won't be disappointed. keep up the great work. looking forward to coming back soon.
From the Canadian Cathedral, amazing selection of pickled and preserved goods, maple syrup and pies, interesting art displays, outdoor barbeque on Sunday - this place is a one of a kind experience.
Diane and Tom, who is an endless source of interesting stories, was also kind enough to let us park our camper van overnight.
There are no digital payments so bring cash, cheque or leave an IOU. It was funny to see the cash drawer with IOU's. This may actually be a shrewd business...read full review

The owner, Tom, provides a memorable experience with warm hospitality and an engaging property tour filled with extravagant details. Visitors can enjoy a great selection of maple products and tasty food, making it a highly recommended stop. While there is no liquor available, the patio BBQ and storytelling tour enhance the visit. Guests have praised the excellent food, especially the sausage bun, and friendly staff who remember repeat visitors. The charming atmosphere features a big bell to ring and a cozy cabin at the back of the shop. The inside of the building is stunning, and the personal tour by the owner adds a special touch, making every guest feel like they are invited for dinner. The shop is also a great place to purchase fabulous Maple Syrup made on site and delicious mustard pickle, with plans to return for lunch and more tasty treats.
