To start there food is so good!! There Sausage bun is the best and the service/Staff is so nice and always remember me and my family and the atmosphere is beautiful at the back of the Maple shop is a big bell that you can ring and a tiny cabin

The food was excellent and the staff and owners treated everyone like they invited you for dinner! The meat was piled high on the buns and everything was fresh. The inside of the building is out of this world and the personal tour the owner took us on was great. He is a true showman.

Can't believe it has taken us so long to visit Wintergreen Maple Products...what a unique experience! They serve a delicious BBQ lunch on Saturdays and Sundays from May to Thanksgiving, sell frozen meats, prepared homemade frozen meals (like beef or turkey pot pies) lovely preserves, baked goods and beautiful gift baskets. Owner Tom sure is personable and took us on a tour of his fabulous "Possum Lodge." Do yourself a favour and visit...great prices!

A friend recommended we drive to Gelert for lunch at Wintergreen. It did not disappoint. I can recommend the sausage on a bun and roast beef on a bun. The sides were homemade potato salad and homemade baked beans and we enjoyed both. We purchased homemade pickles and cherry jam and look forward to enjoying these tasty treats over the winter. It is worth the drive to Gelert to look at the fall colours and enjoy a nice lunch at Wintergreen.

Stopped in while on a ride with a friend and was blown away by the experience. We were immediately met by Thomas who engaged us on an adventure/tour of the property that excited and entertained beyond words. This is a must see, stop for anyone passing through the Minden area. After our Tour we sampled the smoked Roast Beef and pulled Pork and you will find none better anywhere. Highly recommend and make sure you take the Tour with Tom.
