Good food, robots serving. The atmosphere is average, there is room for improvement.
Mine and my kids favourite place to eat out! Food is great and staff is very friendly and helpful.
Average quality of food
We were in lunch time Saturday
We were really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the service. The staff member assigned to our table was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the evening. She repeatedly ignored our requests, didn’t listen when we tried to explain our order, and there was clearly a significant language barrier.
Sadly, this left a really bad impression and ruined our dining experience, and we won’t be coming back. A little courtesy and better communication would have made all the difference.
The food was not great, some of it had a fishy smell. But the service from Juan was very rude and kept giving me and my friend dirty looks. Even after tipping she bluntly thank you and walked away. Before her we had a male server and he was very sweet and accommodating. We also took some of the food to go because we got full, after they said it would be around 10 bucks, when I asked Juan for the bill she got aggressive and basically yelled at us when we told her that it was supposed to be 10 dollars she started saying no and no it’s more. We ended up paying 20 dollars on top of our bill which was shocking. I wish the other guy stayed to help us instead of her. Please teach your servers to respect costumers and stop giving dirty looks.
Do not go here unless you want to get sick. My friend and I wanted to try out a new place other than August8. The place and staff here were great but later that night after eating here my friend and I got extremely sick. Got worse the next morning. Finding out that the food we ate here was contaminated. (Note we didn’t eat any food after coming here as we started to feel sick)

Good Americanized sushi buffet. Excellent choices with enough variety that my mum on a restricted diet and my pick-y child was able to find something to eat.

Went here with a group of 5 and we all had an amazing time. The food came out in a timely manner and tasted really good. The place was really clean and we didn't see any flies or bugs like other reviews have said. The service was good and they didn't hassle us about not finishing a piece or 2 of some dishes. Would come again for sure.

This is after our second visit. After two visits er have to say the food was delicious. Our reason for such a low rating has to do with the very unfriendly service, and the excessive amount of fruit flies i had to fight for my food with.
With food prices and eating out costing as much as it does these days, i would expect restaurant owners and staff to be much more appreciative of the fact customers are spending hard earned money to eat at their establishments.
We did not appreciate the fact that we were spoken to in a rude and unfriendly way, and will not be returning here again.

Warning: there is an abundance of flies and bugs. I have never seen this many within an establishment. All the food was average. The only good item I recommend is the ice cream and that's saying something regarding a sushi restaurant. I found a fly in my partners drink. When confronting the manager, he stated that all restaurants have the same amount of bugs and flies as their own. No apology or any sense of guilt. There weren't many guests (we visited on a Friday night) and I now understand why. The server we had (whose name I took out in the photo with the receipt) was genuinely nice and I knew she felt bad about the environment. She is the only reason this is a 2 star out of 5 and not a 1.
Recommendations to the restaurant:
1) Take environment matters and cleanliness more serious
2) Never fire that server. She had amazing customer service experience
3) Management should take responsibility for the environment and apologize
