Person that served me grabbed pizza with their hands and put it into the oven with no gloves. Didn’t even let the pizza heat up for a minute before pulling it out and giving it to me. The person that was “helping” me was on the phone the entire time. Also, the store was absolutely filthy. I used to enjoy 241 pizza but won’t go to any location based on my experience at this one.

Absolutely appalling pizza. First they mess up my order which isn't a problem but then the pizza they remake for me is not even fully cooked and the pizza dough was fully raw. Disgusting cooking standards and a health hazard.

At this location, I placed an order for a pizza with the cashier who recorded my request using a pen. Following this, she processed the order through the debit machine and proceeded to retrieve the dough from the back to begin making the pizza. I am uncertain if this adheres to proper sanitation practices, as I am unsure of what else the cashier may have touched before handling the food. It is my understanding that individuals should sanitize their hands before touching food. If I had paid with cash, I presume the same protocol would have been followed. I hope that the management takes note of my observations and ensures that their staff receives proper training on food handling practices.

This pizza place is good, but the treatment is very bad. I did not like it at all. One day, I ordered 2 pizzas, and i paid for 2 pizza . He said there was a mistake, and he took an extra 2 dollars. Pay attention to that. Also, when I ask for black olives, I always find the order with green olives. I ask for black olives more than 3 times to confirm my order, and in the end I see green olives:( very bad treatment)

This restaurant has gone above and beyond to not only ensure we get our pizza but they call if there are any delays or if there is a shortage of an ingredient. I grew up getting 241 and when I moved I was so happy to find out there was a 241 just down the street, my son and I have allergies and 241 is one of only a few places we can get food from that doesn't give us an allergic reaction. I can always trust that on hard days where I just can't cook.. 241 is a safe, satisfying meal.
