Not the first time to try it. But this time it was really worth a 5stars review. From the first minute I stepped in, I was happy by the way they greeted me, the staff politeness, the time to explain the offers, and preparing a large order delivered on time. I’ve been going to 241 Pizza for years, but the quality and service have really gone downhill recently, new ownership maybe? . I ordered two pizzas last week and one of them was supposed to have bacon on the entire thing, but they completely forgot it. They also seemed to throw on random green peppers, barely any tomatoes, and almost no onions.
The week before that again ordered the two pizza special. They messed up the kids pizza that was supposed to be half pepperoni and half cheese. Instead, it came fully pepperoni, and some of my family members don’t eat pork, so we had to pick it all off. Not too mention on both occasions the pizza was luke warm and not well done as request.
When I called customer service, they asked questions like “How much of it did you eat?” which was laughable because the order wasn’t made correctly to begin with. Then they told me to go back to the store for and offered $5 off my next order. Nobody orders pizza to then have to deal with going back and forth with the store.
I sent in a complaint and never received any response or acknowledgment it’s been a week. . Really disappointing to see how much this place has changed. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from 241 again.

Cheaped out on cheese and all topics despite charging regular prices. If you want repeat customers, put a fair amount of toppings and materials on your pizza rather than just bread. Restaurant does not follow normal instructions for thick crust, extra cheese etc despite charging for it. Dissappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The pizza here is absolutely delicious – the crust is perfectly crisp on the outside yet soft on the inside, and you can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients. Every bite is loaded with flavor, from the tangy sauce to the gooey, melty cheese.
The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the service is always quick.
It’s the kind of spot you look forward to coming back to again and again. If you’re craving pizza that actually tastes homemade with a gourmet touch, this is the place to go!

The Pizza here is amazing. They load the toppings and are not stingy at all with how they make their pizzas. All custom pizzas come out amazing and the workers are super friendly and passionate about the pizzas they make. Super clean spot and highly recommend coming here to order pizza whether its for personal or for big company events.

These guys are nasty. I very clearly saw him picking his nose quite vigourously I feel sick just thinking about it. That is a very ignorant thing to do in a food establishment. Where do you find these type of people, absolutely disgusting.
It’s pretty messed up that it’s come to the point where hygiene and etiquette have to be implemented into your training program. But then again if you’re hiring these type of people I wouldn’t expect any better from management/owners.

We order a pizza on the phone yesterday and went to pick it up at the location. To our surprise the store was closed. This was 6pm. We called 241 head office and they said they will be there in 1 minute. She lies and says let me check if the order is ready and when she comes back she says it will take 15 minutes. There was no one at the back. She lied, closed the store and went home. This place is a joke.
