I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza 241. I ordered two pizzas last week—one cheese and one with toppings. I clearly asked for extra chicken, but instead they added extra pineapple, which I did not want.
The pizza did not taste good, and my child didn’t like it at all. I ended up throwing it away on the roadside. I spent $35 for two pizzas and didn’t even get to eat my lunch.
On top of that, the service was very slow. I was told to come at 1:00 PM, but when I arrived, they asked me to wait another 10 minutes, after already waiting almost an hour. This is not fair.
Overall, I am very unhappy with the food quality and the service. I will not be coming back.

Order took over an hour to be delivered (2 pizzas)
A 500ml bottle of pop was part of my order. When the driver arrived, he handed me a 355ml can instead. When I told the driver my order included a bottle of pop, he informed me that the store did not have that brand of pop, but offered to go back to the store and get me a second can. I agreed, but as expected, the driver did not return. Disappointed as I have been a customer of this location for over 30 years.

I used to order from 241 a couple of times a month as a family when I was growing up. I tried to order from them again today and found the service abysmal. The website was not working to place an order so I tried by phone only to get transferred to customer service. The lady was then rude to me after I told her that I have autism and wanted to know why I was being transferred when I was just trying to place my food order. She then kept telling me that they do not go past ford drive in Oakville which I again did not understand. I asked her to please explain that differently, if it's a km radius or what and the lady I spoke with on the phone was quite rude to me and simply stated we do not deliver to your address. I will not be ordering from 241 again and am sorry to see this business go so far downhill. I guess I'll go with Pizza Nova, another favourite.

Overall, I think 241 Pizza is a decent pizza delivery brand that offers a variety of options and deals for customers. However, the quality and service may vary depending on the location and the time of the order. I would recommend trying their pizza at least once, but don’t expect too much consistency between. Sometimes they do have some good deals on pizza when you just feel like pizza and don't want to pay a lot. In case you're wondering it is better than pizza pizza but that is hardly an accomplishment.
