A 500ml bottle of pop was part of my order. When the driver arrived, he handed me a 355ml can instead. When I told the driver my order included a bottle of pop, he informed me that the store did not have that brand of pop, but offered to go back to the store and get me a second can. I agreed, but as expected, the driver did not return. Disappointed as I have been a customer of this location for over 30 years.

I used to order from 241 a couple of times a month as a family when I was growing up. I tried to order from them again today and found the service abysmal. The website was not working to place an order so I tried by phone only to get transferred to customer service. The lady was then rude to me after I told her that I have autism and wanted to know why I was being transferred when I was just trying to place my food order. She then kept telling me that they do not go past ford drive in Oakville which I again did not understand. I asked her to please explain that differently, if it's a km radius or what and the lady I spoke with on the phone was quite rude to me and simply stated we do not deliver to your address. I will not be ordering from 241 again and am sorry to see this business go so far downhill. I guess I'll go with Pizza Nova, another favourite.

Overall, I think 241 Pizza is a decent pizza delivery brand that offers a variety of options and deals for customers. However, the quality and service may vary depending on the location and the time of the order. I would recommend trying their pizza at least once, but don’t expect too much consistency between. Sometimes they do have some good deals on pizza when you just feel like pizza and don't want to pay a lot. In case you're wondering it is better than pizza pizza but that is hardly an accomplishment.

Pizza is alright, but it definitely has changed since the change of ownership. I feel that the pizza slices offered there have been sitting a lot longer than they should.

UPDATE: I sent an email as the owner mentioned in his reply and I got no response until today, it has been over 2 weeks! Avoid this place.STAY AWAY!! I would always order from 241 pizza from this location as it has halal options. However, I was completely shocked when I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery for a birthday party and one pizza didn’t have the main 2 toppings I wanted (half chicken and half beef)…can you imagine the embarrassment and disappointment?? Anyways, I call the store and the store owner was a joke…he says he’ll make us a new one and instead of giving it to us for free because it’s THEIR MISTAKE, instead he wants to come deliver the “new” pizza and take back the “wrong” made pizza and ABOVE THAT he demands a quarter of the price I paid for the 3 pizzas lol. This is a complete joke. I already sent an email to corporate for this nonsense and I’ll NEVER order from this location or from 241 pizza again. Be aware, they’re scammers and their pizzas are horrible now!

I went to eat here with a friend and we left with a very pleasant memory on the palate. The pizzas are very delicious. That's the truth. Honestly, they are not the best pizzas in the world but they are delicious. And they have a lot of cheese! ? ? ? I highly recommend them, they are worth trying ?

Young lady behind the cash was super kind, even with all the orders flooding in and no one else to help her, she kept apologizing for the wait, when truth be told, we never care about waiting. I just wanted to commend her for her service and politeness. She deserves a raise if she's not getting paid more than minimum, will be returning just because of her friendly demeanor. Thank you kind young lady for making our Friday pizzas so quickly and efficiently. Just had to give her the credit where it was due!
