The Karak chai latte was the best chai I've had. Serving it in a matka cup was a nice surprise. Too bad there's not a branch in Chicago. I'll definitely go back once I'm back in Canada.

It’s worth to have a taste of their tea. Customer service is very good. Their token system is new way which I saw first time. It would be great if they keep volume of music little bit low so customers can enjoy more and don’t have to speak loudly.

The vibe is really amazing and their Matka chai is always really good! Most of their drinks are delicious although it is pricey. The food is okay not the best but not bad. Nice place for the family to try out.

Best tea or matka tea I had. What an amazingly tasty tea. Loved it.
Stick to chai from here and that's about it. We tried the chaat and it was incredibly sour, you couldn't taste anything, the gol gappas too were nothing of note, everything too sour and not worth the wait. Grab a chai to go and you're good, eat elsewhere.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star to them cz of the owner! Pathetic behavior and so rude. We told her the kheer has a bad taste but she refused to that fact and showed so much attitude. We then asked her to not return the money and just exchange the kheer for something else but instead the owner walked away with attitude and threw the kheer in the bin with a look on her face. Have never seen a more worse owner of a restaurant
