I had a guest one time who had a dairy and gluten food restriction and Tim insisted on creating a new dessert just for her so she wouldn't feel left out. Our guest was totally blown away when I told her - now that is great customer service!

Didn't deliver our lunch for my 14 person meeting. No one answered the phone when I tried to find out why we had no lunch. I sent an email and finally someone phoned and said they assumed the order was for the next day even though I put in the correct date. Long story short I had to take the entire team to a restaurant. I will not be using their catering service again.
