The pakoras were very good, especially picking them up. After my 1/2 commute they had gone from crispy to spongy. Too bad there are no places to eat in the store or outdoor in the area, as this is a very industrial neighborhood. Also, most dishes have to be purchased by the pound (or half pound) so not ideal for sampling
Yes your samosa are great but the service you provide is so very frustrating ... You do an on line order and it does not work after hours and today being Diwali I understand that it obviously won't work but can your IT people at least show a prompt that you are not taking orders for today...... And what is point of coming on time to pick up an on line order when we have to spend another half hour to get it ........Yes it is faster then the 45min or an hour wait when you...
They don't serve customers in a fair way. When ordering pre-paid, customers who walked in afterwards were served first. Business needs to be more efficient otherwise prepaying customers will be waiting at length for orders - penalized for pre-ordering. The system of counters needs be labeled better. They are simply too busy.
