This is consistently the best A&W location in Mississauga. By far, the best staff, and they appear to be well managed. Always clean, always correct order, always a good experience (not the norm in Mississauga). I just had the best Mama burger meal in years.

We’ve been loyal customers at this A&W location for over 2 years now, and the experience has always been consistently positive. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is because of the amazing staff—especially Kirty. She truly stands out with her warm smile, friendly attitude, and professional service. Every time we walk in, she greets us like valued guests, not just customers. She’s attentive, patient, and always makes sure our order is accurate and fresh. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is clear, and it really makes a difference.
That said, the rest of the team also deserves recognition. Everyone we’ve interacted with—whether it’s at the counter, in the kitchen, or cleaning the dining area—has always been polite, efficient, and helpful. The staff work hard, even during busy hours, and they maintain a clean, welcoming environment every time.
It’s not easy to find fast food spots where you feel this level of comfort and familiarity, but thanks to Kirty and the whole A&W team, we do. Keep up the great work—your efforts are appreciated more than you know!
