UPDATE Dec 6: I honestly wish I could give this location 6 stars. This afternoon around 4pm, I placed a mobile order and received it in a paper bag - not a problem at all for me. I was just about to eat the food in the restaurant (wasn’t taking it to go), and the guy working there offered me a tray. After I finished my food, I was just hanging out for a bit to digest and play on my phone, and the same guy asked to take my tray. I would’ve taken it back, but since I was the only customer in the restaurant, and there wasn’t much for him to do, he was happy to go above and beyond. Thanks so much for making a normal lunch stop, such a delight!!!!
PAST: It’s very rare to see a fast food location in Mississauga staffed with young Canadians who, not only provide polite exceptional customer service, but also take such good care of the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant. I will definitely be back.

I am honestly so impressed. This place beats mainstream burger spots like McDonald’s and Burger King any day of the week. They constantly have great offers, and their value meals are absolutely worth every penny. The prices are very reasonable, too.
The beef patty was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The bun was toasted just right, and the seasoning made me want to keep devouring their burgers again and again.
Even the packaging shows how much they care about their food and presentation; it makes the whole meal look even more appealing.
They’ve definitely earned a customer for life. Their beef is purely grass-fed with no antibiotics, and the best part is that they’re a local Canadian business.

I had a really great experience at this location. It was clear they were very busy, especially with the drive-thru, so I expected a bit of a wait. I only had to wait about 3 minutes, and a staff member still took the time to come over and apologize for the short delay, which I really appreciated. Once I ordered, my meal was prepared very well and came out fast. The employees were working hard and were very professional and friendly. It's great to see such good service, especially during a busy rush. I'll definitely be back.

They have wonderful breakfast and personally I really enjoy what is called the teen Burger, it is similar to the mozza burger. Delicious food! 🤤

Personally I have many of the mugs at home in various sizes. I do not yet have the teddy bear mascot! However have always been a fan of A&W!

The burger patty was way over cooked to the point it was small and dried out, and blackened on one side - the cheese was firm which tells me the burger patty was sitting there for a while - cheese should have been melted. Also not enough mushrooms or onions - tomato and lettuce was tiny too. The fries that I had requested was fresh but thin and lack flavour. Dixie/Dundas location is so much better.
I visited this A&W last night and had a pretty disappointing drive-thru experience. Not only was the service slow, but the lady working there was pretty rude to customers. It definitely wasn’t the kind of service I was expecting.” Hopefully that helps sum it up!
