This A&W has a convenient location, but that’s where the positives end. Service was slow, and the cashier’s pushy upselling felt more annoying than helpful.
My soft drink came out as plain water because the CO₂ was empty. After reporting it, I waited 15 minutes for a replacement, by which time my food was cold. To make matters worse, my burger was wrong. I ordered the Mama Combo but received a regular Mama. Too frustrated to argue, I ate it anyway, then had to buy a second meal to feel satisfied.
Overall, this was easily the worst A&W I’ve visited. By contrast, the Regina branches consistently offer fast, friendly, and professional service, everything this location lacked.
