I was disappointed with my experience here.The staff were handling food without gloves, and when we asked about it, we were told they don’t use gloves because they wash their hands instead. While handwashing is important, seeing bare hands touching food made us uncomfortable and raised serious hygiene concerns. Food safety should be taken more seriously.

Picked up my chicken sandwich from the drive through window. No straw for the drink. No napkins included. No salt/ketchup for the fries. Just disappointed overall with the lack of service and attention to detail.

Earlier today I visited A & W ( Heartland, Mississauga) and had a breakfast there. And here is my experience.. The dining area was neat and clean and about 50% of seating occupied. Couldn't help but noticed a group of men in their Golden years enjoying coffee and fairly loud conversation and laughter. I thought it was neat and their presence added a special lively touch to the place. Music playing overhead was at perfect volume. I was greeted by Ms. Navjot at the counter. After exchanging niceties with smiles she took my order. Food arrived quickly in a tray. My coffee came in a glass Mug as per my request. Paper cup option is available. My food (without getting into the specifics) was tasty and at just the right temperature. I am compelled to say that my coffee was one of the best I ever had. I observed that 4 individuals working behind the counter were busy but at melodious pace.(which is a good thing). No chaotic operation here, which is norm at some other fast food outlets. Steady stream of Walk in customers, online order pickups And drive through customers are being served in perfect harmony. Amid all this, counters are being wiped, soda dispensing machine is being serviced and washroom requests are being dealt with. Great food, great service and great ambiance. My compliments to all those who make it happen everyday. Now, the Big question, would I like to come back here again? ABSOLUTELY... YES.

The restroom not easy access. Require the staff to dial the code on the door to unlock, to access to the restroom.

The staff were not very friendly. In one instance, when I asked how to unlock the washroom they looked annoyed. The food was also cold. I’m not sure if it’s a standard, but I saw a staff member handling the burger buns without gloves.

Came at 1am. Nobody in line for drive through. Asked for a spicy chicken habanero burger, got a non-spicy chicken burger.
Needless to say I didn’t drive back after arriving home and finding out that people messed up my order. It’s very upsetting when you pay for an item and get something completely different.
