Stopped by this cookie spot and wow—so worth it. The cookies were warm, soft in the middle, and perfectly crisp around the edges. But honestly, what made the visit even better was the cashier, Ten. Super friendly, patient, and just had this calm, welcoming vibe that made the whole experience feel extra sweet. Definitely coming back—not just for the cookies, but for the good energy too.

Abby’s Bakehouse is amazing, but what really made my visit special was Natalia. She gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She took the time to recommend a cookie and a drink that paired perfectly, and she absolutely nailed it.

Natalia made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. The cookie was incredible, but Natalia’s vibe and energy made it even better. If you go to Abby’s, I hope you get served by her—she’s the best!

My mom and I stop by Abbey’s Bakehouse every time we’re at Square One and it’s become our little tradition. The baked goods are always fresh, delicious, and comforting, and the vibe is super cozy. What really makes it special, though, is Ten. Abbey’s wouldn’t be the same without her. She’s always so warm, friendly, and remembers us every time. Her kindness and amazing service are a big reason we keep coming back.

We love getting cookies here they’re so delicious! Ten is so nice and helpful and suggested us the best flavour! (Try the white chocolate macadamia nut so yummy)

Marina was amazing! I usually try to stop by when she’s working because she makes my day! Her smile was so cute and she was very bubbly and kind! Love those buttertarts! Bring back the big ones:)
