This place is a hidden gem considering all the over crowded Shisha places around town. The customer service here is top notch. The people working here actually care about your comfort. I wanted to thank Mona for the exceptional customer service and for taking care of me and my friends whenever we visit. Thank you.

This is my absolute go-to spot for shisha and get-togethers with my friends. The staff has always been so sweet and accommodating. The place has plenty of seating, and I love their top floor (the one in the photo). They had a performer playing oud and singing which I hope they continue to host in the future as it offered a beautiful Arab ambiance. I recently started coming here to study and it’s a great spot for getting some work done on weekdays. The management is attentive and great at their jobs, and the servers are the sweetest and most helpful. My dad also loves their Dundas location, it seems like they know how to run a good business.

I recently tried the chicken liver sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! The liver was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with rich flavor. The French fries on the side were crisp, golden, and seasoned just right, making for an ideal complement to the sandwich.
